They came on time and did the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The one star deduction was because the estimator and people doing the work did not fully agree on what needed to be done. They adjusted the amount accordingly...it was just confusing.

When I received a quote they mentioned they couldn’t do the job without a crane so we had to wait until their crane was available. On May 3rd, 2019, they arrived to my house, the wife was in labor so nobody was home at the time, I get a phone call a few hours of them doing their job stating they started cutting branches off without the crane there!! They let the branches just fall straight to the ground causing damage to my house and newly done driveway!! They damaged the gutter, siding, front step and railing, the light post and white fence and cracked my driveway in numerous places! They sent a guy several weeks later to take care of the house work but told me it’ll be a wait for the driveway since the weather has changed. I was patient and understood that. I call them back in the spring of 2020 to see what’s the update and they told me their concrete guy is backed up for a weeks and that I’m on the list and will call me when the time gets closer. I never received a call from them. I called about August/September and they responded by telling me it’ll be done for sure but the wait time is ridiculous due to covid. I was understanding but needed them to know that I needed this driveway damages taken care of. I called every month in 2021 and I never heard from the owner again. Only response I get is “He’s very busy and he knows about your situation. He’ll call you when he can.” Never received that call. This whole situation is very frustrating! I’ve called every week since February this year and they still giving me the run around!! These guys were sent from the Illuminating Company as a 3rd party contractor and I would never ever recommend their services!! Completely unprofessional! This job was very expensive and they left my house damaged! We bought the house in 2018 and they did this in 2019!! I just want them to fix their mistake!! Approximate price was about $4,000!

Large tree branches completely removed not trimmed leaving tree oddly shaped, bushes trimmed back in a very odd shape as well so I have to do them myself. They did remove and clean up everything very well thankfully.

Upon calling the company, the receptionist was very kind and polite. She gathered my information and stated it would be about 2-weeks due to volume of work. There was a big storm and I understand the lag time to assess my job. However, in about a week I received review of work and estimate that also included removal of a twin tree which I did not ask for. The estimate date was 8/16/2021 but did not hear back from them as of yet. I called "Will" a second time and waiting for a follow up call. The communication between customer and company (minus the receptionist) was not the best experience I would have liked to have. Considering going with another company which I am sad about because Angie's list rated this company highly favorable.

Rob and crew did a great job. It started pouring rain and they took a little break while it was pouring and then finished the job in the rain the same day.

Crew did an excellent job accessing two trees in a constrained space behind our garage. Clean-up was also first rate. Would recommend this tree service highly.

I never heard from this company' job is done.

On the day of my service, the company had already arranged power line drops with the power company. Power/cable/phone lines to my house and my neighbor's were dropped at 8:45 AM and by 10:15 AM, both trees were gone, lines were all back up, and yard cleanup was underway. By 11 AM, all workers were done. Two days later, the loader truck came to get all the wood, and my entire yard was cleaned up with no problems whatsoever. I would hire Falls Tree Experts again, no question, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree service. If the appointment takes a while to schedule, don't worry...it's because they are that good and have so many people in line. A lot of contractors forget about you, but not these folks. They will get back to you, and you will be happy with their work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Contracted Falls in late May, 2020 to have a pine removed in my backyard. After five months of waiting, calling, and emailing I’ve decided to make a few remarks regarding my experience with Falls Tree. I see that my experience is not unusual, if you’re thinking of hiring this company please read my review to get a sense of how Mr Falls Tree Service operates. Their original quote was less than the other contractors I called-that should have been my first sign, but the price, plus their professional looking trucks and reassurances that they could get the job done sold my partner and I. We asked them to do the job, and they showed up on June 2nd while I was at work. They left without doing a speck of work, telling my partner (I was at work) that “they didn’t bring the proper equipment,” and that “we’ll be back soon.” I called and left a message that evening to get clarification on the situation, but didn’t get a call back. Red Flag number 2! After waiting another few weeks, I called Falls Tree on July 7th to ask what the hold up was. The girl who answered was nice enough, she told me “We’ve just been so busy this year, you’re still on the list but I’m not sure when we will do it.” Again, she seemed genuine so I decided again to wait. I see Mr Falls trucks within two miles of my house, their signs up in yards within walking distance of me, but still no call and no crew to do my job. August, I call again. “We’ve just been so busy...” Late August, I call...”We’ve just been so busy...” I ask the girl if they’re actually going to come out or if they’re just avoiding me. She assured me that they were not, September 8th, I email the company and use their website contact form in an attempt to reach someone who may give me more insight as to if/when the work might be done. As of today, 10/15, I’ve not received a response. I called the office today and left a message. After thinking for a while, I’ve decided that they aren’t going to come. My suspicion is that they underestimated the work, and aren’t professional enough to admit it to me. A local kid bid $300 more than Mr Falls, and I should have just went with him. Ive done landscaping and tree removal. I know things get busy, jobs take longer etc. but to ignore a customer, refuse to contact them, and abandon a job is just unprofessional and a reflection of the quality of work you can expect from that company. Dealing with Mr Falls has been nothing but a nightmare , and I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Very good job by team. Will definitely use again.

The est was really high so we didn't hire them. They were contracted by Ohio edison got the same work done with someone else for 750 dollars.

Poorly. We were away when Falls came. Did not know they were coming. Came home to find a number of men working on the trees. I do not know a whole lot about tree trimming, but, they butchered our lovely locust tree. I cannot tell how many branches were removed since we were away when it happened and the work on the tree was finished. 1. One tree was to be removed from the front yard. One tree WAS removed. However it was the WRONG tree. Somewhere between Falls sales person and the workmen, there was poor communication. One person that appeared to be the lead guy said the sales person failed to mark the tree to be removed. 2. The workers had no idea that one Bradford Pear tree across the street was included in the work to be done. Lead guy was sorts miffed when I showed him the work order. They did do a nice job of clean-up. I emailed Falls over a week ago regarding how I felt but have received no reply, Falls has not invoiced us and no money has changed hands. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !!!

They don’t provide this service. But they were very polite on the phone.

A dog chased our cat about 25 feet up a tree, from which he refused to come down despite our coaxing. Concerned about the approaching cold weather, we called a couple of places (vet, fire department) for help, but nothing worked. Then we called Falls Tree Experts. The man on the phone was very cordial and said they would be glad to send out one of their tree climbers. Before long John Arnold, the tree climber, arrived. He quickly donned his equipment, zipped up the tree, and gently but firmly picked up the cat. Our kitty continued to be uncooperative and managed to claw his way up John's arm and around his shoulder. Hanging onto the cat with one arm, John managed to descend the tree using just his other arm, and the cat ended up safely on the ground. Falls Tree Experts and John Arnold in particular certainly performed above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for saving our kitty!

Ill start with the positive. I requested they come on a Teusday so I could be home when they where working, which they did. I had less than 24 hours notice they where coming. My husband HAPPENED to be home from work for an appointment. He needed to remove a couple fences so they could get equipment in the yard. After they left there was much bark and branches left in my yard and my neighbors yard. If this didn't get cleaned up it would kill our grass. It did start to snow while they where working. they should have come back to make sure the job was cleaned up. My husband and I did a lot of clean up after they left. I would have appreciated a weeks notice so we could prepare . I would have appreciated a better clean up job.

The four tree guys did an excellent job. John Arnold, Jacob Frost, and Dominic Belmonde and his son were efficient and professional. Access to our backyard tree was particularly challenging and required the lead person, Mr. Arnold, to climb the tree in order to remove some large dead limbs. They also did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Very good service. Arrived early and completed in half a day. Clean up and removal with no harm to lawn. They removed three trees and trimmed two trees.

The crew did a good job of cleaning out the dead limbs and a good job of cleaning up the area when done. The crew was friendly and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Travis was great to work with and the guys did alot of work, good value.

The crew arrived early, answered all my questions. Dealt professionally with my neighbors since the tree was right on the property line and my neighbor and i split the cost of the tree removal. Cleaned up the yard removed debris and leaves.

Work was executed promptly and as promised.

My husband called this service to get an estimate. Someone came out within a week after the call without calling first. We were not home, so whoever left an estimate. An estimate for which tree in our backyard, we have no idea. My husband called this service at least three times. Each time, he was told they would call him back to set up a date for the removal of the large branch. No calls came. He called for the last time within in the last two days, and left a voice message. No one called him back. So my husband called another tree service. We would not recommend this service to anyone.

Seemed very knowledgeable..said he loves trees...and so do I !! Did a nice job - clean up was done well .. offered advise on other trees on property.
