no work was ever done - never contacted back after initial contact - they said work was completed July 8, 2017 this is totally not true, I was home all day up until 3:00 pm - branches are still here against my home

I'm quite surprised that this company describes this project as completed. I purchased an Angie's List special deal in October, 2016 and it wasn't until December that they contacted me. They eventually came out to do the work in January, 2017, but it was only a partial job. They neglected to trim the tree hanging over the neighbor's property and neglected to remove a dead tree limb, along with creating some minor damage to my asphalt driveway. In March, they agreed to return to complete the job, and I connected them with my neighbor so they could gain permission to enter their property for better access. That was the last I heard from them. Nine months have gone by since my purchase of the special deal, and the work remains unfinished. They communicated fairly quickly every time I contacted them, but repeatedly neglected to follow through or to give me any kind of update or timeline for the work.

They did not add new sol. They rototilled old soil which made the invasive plants even worse. When I contacted them, they were unresponsive and refused to make it right.

They did an excellent job and took the time to work with us on concerns about some trees and shrubs. We have used them before.

It was difficult to reach someone at first, but once I did they went to the property within 2 days and got an estimate. Then when I requested the service to be complete they were there 2 days later. The guys did great and the price was fair for the amount of work that was done.

Falls Tree Experts did a fantastic job. The stump grinding was taken care of quickly; and they did a beautiful job pruning a very large tree in our front yard. Any concerns that I had were responded to extremely quickly and with a genuine desire to make things right. I really appreciated their quick response and flexibility. I will definitely call them again!

It went good. They came when I was not home and did everything.

Had difficulty in getting scheduled, and then with email responsiveness. Finally got scheduled. The price with the Angie's List deal was fair, but would not have been at full price.

They were very efficient, professional, and did it within one day. It would have been nice if they told us which day they would be coming out. They put down plywood to protect our yard and had necessary equipment and plenty of guys to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They took care to clean up any extra wood chips and hauled away the wood so we don't have to worry about it. I don't always choose the least expensive or the cheapest. My major concern is getting a quality job and excellent customer service. Although we have not paid yet since we have not received a bill yet, I expect it to go smoothly and be within the quoted price we received.

When they came out to estimate the work I never saw him. I had made several calls to them to get the work scheduled. I never got any type of response to know when they would be coming out to remove the stump. About a week later I saw that the stump had been removed, I thought that they had already come and remove it, but I never received a bill. They showed up a week later to remove the stump, but the work had already been completed by the association.

tree cutting good lawn was destroyed, when give estimate i asked if they would want to wait a period of time because the ground was soft, I was assure lawn would be protected with plywood. i arrived before they finished the job and found they had not, truck got stuck 3 times where it had sunk into the turf and slid back and forward getting out. i had to call to get them to come out and see the damage. the service men did not notify their company what the had did. they did end out a guy to fill in the ruts. and later to seed. shity job on both

Very well - punctual, professional and worth the money

I didn't go with them because I felt it was too much.

I will make adjustments to this review if this company follows up like they promised and come out in the spring and fix my yard as well as my neighbors which they ruined with a hydraulic spill and deep ruts in the lawn. To begin with there was a misunderstanding on when they would be out to do the work. Once that was resolved we waited patiently for them on a Monday and Tuesday as they could not pinpoint which exact day it would be. Of course they never showed up and did not call. I called our salesman (Travis) on Wednesday and he then says they would be out the next day, wonder why they couldn't call us on Monday or Tuesday and let us know. My second issue was with the salesman Travis, he did not understand the coupon used here on Angie's list and was attempting to overcharge me. I had to make calls to Angie's List to verify info as he had me very confused and doubting myself about what I actually paid for. I don't understand how a company puts a coupon on Angie's List but their sales staff doesn't know how to apply it. Travis finally saw what should have happened but in the meantime things went bad with the tree removal. Their employees backed their truck through a very small area onto my neighbors lawn without asking their permission. The truck broke down in my neighbors back yard and hydraulic fluid spilled all over the yard. The bucket of the truck was stuck up in the tree and we had to call the fire department to come and help get to get the tree trimmer down. Once they got the truck started again, they attempted to drive out of the yard but everything was very wet from the spill. My neighbors yard is a mess from the bucket truck, and so is mine from the bobcat they used to throw very large limbs over the fence in my backyard. They left quite a few smaller tree limbs and branches against the fence in our backyard as well. My weekly lawn service had a difficult time trying to get them all cleaned out for us. I was promised that they would be back out in the spring to fix the lawns. If they do come back I will be sure to do a f/u review. With all the complications, it took 2 days to do the work and then they had to come back out a 3rd day to get the truck out of my neighbors lawn. Travis showed up that morning to get the truck and he was very upset with his crew. The language he was using was very unprofessional. I don't care how upset he was, he could have been more cordial with us from the get go. Based on all this information I am pretty sure we will not be using this company again. In the spring I will be back to give a f/u on their promise to make the corrections.

Due to a very bad winter storm, one of our many trees fell on the garage. Falls trees were very courteous, professional, timely and considerate throughout the whole ordeal. They took the time to examine all the tree near the garage and marked the trees that would potentially fall. They gave a fair estimate with no pressure to choose their company. They work with our insurance company streamlining the whole claim process. Thank you for a job well done. Excellent work.

I prepaid for an Angie's List special; $200 for $400 of tree work. Falls Tree promptly came out and provided a quote. My guess is that when they saw that the initial work that I requested primarily fell within the $400 deal, their interest dropped. I have tried on several occasions to get them out here to do the work but have received excuses or poor responses. In addition to calling, I e-mailed and have not received a response as of this date. I will be following up with Angie's List to determine how to receive a refund. In the meantime, based on the lack of professionalism exhibited by Falls Tree, I suggest looking for alternatives of which there are many in the Area

His price stood out to me. It was not way low but it was a better price so we went with them.

TERRIBLE! I called Falls Tree Experts and left a message that I needed an estimate and gave my contact info. I was called the next morning at around 7:30am the next morning-a bit too early, but Ok. I told them what I needed and asked to schedule an appointment. I was told they don't do that. They will show up to your home WHEN they are in your area and then leave an estimate. No contact or dialogue with the owner at the home. I had never heard of such a thing. It didn't make sense. Without a choice, I agreed. Weeks went by with no call, estimate letter-nothing. I called again and got a recording again. I left a message telling them my info again and that I hadn't received any estimate or anything and to please contact me. That was a week ago and I have had no contact. This is really aggravating. A pure waste of my valuable time and a delay into the season. Thanks for NOTHING, Falls Tree Experts. The only expertise I experienced from you is your unprofessionalism.

Came out very quickly and gave me a fair estimate. Work was done within the week. Very pleased with falls.

Eric and crew was the professional I've worked with to date. They arrived on time and completed the work and clean up.

They did a great job and did an excellent clean up.

They came out a couple days later then we hoped due to their schedule. Over a late was a great job with good clean-up.

Service went well. Reasonably priced.
