+ -1 moreCalled Mr. Falls Tree Experts for an estimate. They promptly came out for an estimate and I gave them approval to start the work. They said they'd get to it in about two weeks....six weeks later, no one has come out to trim the trees. I've called 3x just to get a status update and they always say they'll call back. I've never received a call back. At least call back like you say you will. After getting someone on the phone a 4th time and still no timeframe on tree work, I just cancelled. Not good customer service. The person answering the phone doesn't follow through and doesn't really care when the work is cancelled. Seemed like a bother to her.

+ -1 moreTook 2 months from the time we agreed on the work for it to start. the day it was started no contact was made before showing up. As work was being done damage was done to our fence, gutter, raised garden bed and pond landscaping light. No one on the job bothered to bring the damage to our attention. it was found after as we did a work through. I've tried contacting the company on multiple occasions to discuss damage and have not heard back. it's been three weeks now. And the job was NOT COMPLETE. We still have large roots that were supposed to be grinded down as part of our agreement to the job.
Description of Work: Needed a large maple tree removed and stump and roots grinded down.

+ -1 moreUPDATE Here it is almost a year later and the job was never completed. Damages were never addressed or resolved. I still have part of the tree stump sticking out in my yard. We sent the bill back with a statement saying why it wasn't paid over a month ago and still no contact. It took nearly two months for work to start. Showed up without contacting. As work was being done, damage was done to fence, gutters, raised garden and pond lights. No one from team bothered to inform us of the damage. Was found after they left. Job was not complete. Large roots still in yard. Which was part of the deal was to grind them down. Made multiple calls concerning damage and have yet to hear back from company. It's been three weeks since I started calling.

+ -1 morepoorly didn't do work they said they could accomplish. Which clearly stated was why I was charged. I had to remove fence so job could be completed. Trees were trimmed they left several dead limbs in area where they removed live ones.. I will have to get a pole pruner or saw to complete.

+ -1 moreI had to have fence removed so contracter could return and finish taking down last 6ft of trees. trees were also trimmed but trimmer left dead limbs in tree. all in all project took 3 weeks. I will have my grandson get the dead limbs they left behind.
Description of Work: 5 trees removed 2 dead 2 between shed and fence. paid premium because of it. Turned out could not be done trees were cut to 6ft left.

+ -1 moreThe crew came in and took the branches off all the way up and then dropped the tree. You really have to know what you're doing to do this job with the houses and sheds so close. This was done with no problems. The crew took all the wood and cleaned up. It was an excellent job.
Description of Work: I had a very large Tulip tree cut down and removed. The trunk was 4 feet in diameter it was at least 100 feet tall. The tree was situated in my back yard between my house and my neighbor. Also, we both have a shed that was close to this tree. There was no room for error.

We received a flyer in the mail for Falls Tree Experts and decided to call for a quote to remove 12 trees; the quote was reasonable and the rest is history. The crew were experienced, professional, courteous, and cleaned up the front/back yard as though nothing had ever been done at our home (this included any street debris). They will be the only company servicing our home in the future.

After looking into several other tree companies, I felt very comfortable moving forward with Falls. The quote they provided was very fair, especially with a certified arborist certification, which is rare in this business. As a result, I knew I could trust their expertise to perform the work correctly. They surpassed my expectations. The entire crew was polite and efficient and cleaned up well after their work. I will definitely be calling them again for future work!

+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with the salesman who gave us an estimate for the tree work we wanted to be done. He made recommendations and helped us understand some of the issues we were facing. The workers were cordial, efficient and very knowledgeable about their work. They cleaned up the debris so well we almost couldn't tell they were here. I would give them six stars if it were an option.

The trimmed trees have opened up both yards to more sun and the overall effect looks really good. Everyone was very responsive to my requests and I'm very pleased with the service and the price. Highly recommend Falls Tree Experts.

+ -1 morehad 2 large oak trees that fell in woods from last November's storm. Also had 1 large oak tree near house that was still standing that was cut down. These guys were great. If it hadn't started raining hard midway through the job, would not had know they were ever there. Even with the rain, minimal lawn damage. Took them all day, my treelawn was a mountain of large pieces of trees that were removed by a large dumpster with a claw. they cleaned-up the yard great, were professional & took great care not to damage my House, Gazebo, beds & shrubs. We had 3 quotes total, but their price & method of removal worked best for us. Highly recommend them for any size job.

+ -1 moreAs I said above it really went poorly. The communication between the company and myself was poor at best. I initially left messages on Angie's list. No one got back to me that should have been my 1st clue. And when they did I reiterated what I wanna done. Including 1 tree that was attached to a set of lights I only wanted it to be topped and leave the tall trunk that was attached to a string of lights makos across my yard. That was taken down to the ground and lights are now laying across my patio. I sent an email last night with pictures of part of the damage that I had found last night. I still haven't heard anything my son went out and took other pictures today and there's even more damage and the trees are just a mess they're all over the the backyard woods. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I originally called about 2 trees. One very large tree on the backside of my fans facing the woods in the corner. And a pine tree that had fallen and the side of the house. I told them they could let the 1 tall tree fine to the woods it wouldn't matter. And the pine they doubtlessly have to take away. They tagged 5 dead trees and told me that they need to be taken Out. I agreed to it but never thought that they would do what they did I only told them one tree could go Into the woods. They cut down all the trees and through every single one of them Into the Woods just beyond my fence it's a mess. They took the pine away but left pine branches everywhere of my front yard. They also took off some branches off my big oak tree in the front by on my driveway which I did not ask for. I have sent servile emails and I have sent now emails with pictures of the damages they cause on my fence broken slats on the side and on the back both near the near to be trees A-day or taken down nothing was said to me they know the head the day broken those things and they also bent my new latch on I fence and bent it back and now it's difficult to open the back fence. I have yet to hear anything from them and I'm not paying them until I do and when everything's repaired or they pay the bills for the repairs.
