Falls Group came out trim the branches and cleaned up. Excellent work, very professional.

Eric and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down a large tree that was overhanging my garage and whose roots had practically grown into and underneath the garage wall. It did not appear healthy. He also removed two other trees plus the stumps which were too close to the house and trimmed several trees which were hanging over the roof and into the neighbors' side. Finally, they ground up two old maple tree stumps. I was not home when he and his crew came by, which they were aware would be the case, but the work was completely finished when I came home. I was appreciative that they cleaned up very well and were very neat; I could only tell that they were there because my trees were gone and the driveway was even swept clean of the helicopter leaves from my maple trees! Would definitely use Eric and his team again in the future for any tree service. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips about the plants in the yard and the weeds that had begun growing on the lawn. In the future, I also plan to have him translocate several plants/bushes when I decide to re-landscape the yard.

It was very efficient. Less than a week from the time I first called until the work was done. Came out to quote the work the same day I called. The two other companies I called didn't even return my initial call until after the Falls Group had completed the job. They did exactly what we discussed and cleaned up extremely well. One tree they took down was right on top of a new shed we had built and there was no damage to the shed. They finished the job in an afternoon.

Left a message requesting an estimate for some tree work and building of fire pit. My call was never returned.

The guys did an excellent job removing the trees and cleaning up. Crew was very friendly and even removed a couple extra branches for me. I obtained three quotes for having the trees removed. The Falls Group was by far the cheapest. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you're looking for tree removal.

Started good, ended terrible and cost me over $1,000 to repair his negligence. This guy is a rude, nasty, and will never admit fault! A true primadonna!

overall eric is dependable,honest,hardworking and listens to your wants and needs,and has a great vision for design of any sort. i can honestly say that the fall's group is on MY speed dial.

Extremely knowledgeable about the trees. I had a large tree that could not be saved and had it removed. The guys worked hard and were very compitent. They did a great clean up job after the project. The foreman pointed out areas of concern that I should be aware of and quoted additional work for the future. The work was completed in a day and other than the tree being gone, I couldn't tell they had ever been here. They thoroughly cleaned off my drive and property including areas they didnt even get dirty in the first place. I was very satisfied with the Falls Tree Experts and would call Mr Falls again.
