An excellent client experience. The owner, Eric Eckard, was knowledgeable, prompt and fair. His team worked skillfully and efficiently. The post-removal bed clean-up was both notable and commendable. Once the work was complete, absent knowing a large maple had been removed, one could not detect the work performed.

Went well, was on time and professional. Everything was cleaned up and seeded.

Great!! The guys were friendly and polite. They did a wonderful job. This was the 2nd year in a row that we have used Falls Tree Service. We will continue to call on Eric and his crews!!

Went great. Called in the AM. Quote at Noon. Job finished by 4PM the same day. Really fast service. Pleased with the results.

He was phenomenal- he was just great! He quoted in one day and I actually called and he came to do the job the next day- that was amazing. I chose him to take down the tree because other people that quoted were going to let it fall but he said he could bring it down in sections and so we won't have any other damage on the other trees in the process of it falling down. His price was good. He was very professional.They were great and very explanatory.

He was good. He indicated he would get here when he could. We did the majority of the work ourselves. They took care of the work minus an 8-ft. section of the tree as his power chain saw had run out of gas. The pricing was fair.

Once they were here, it went great. The guys were fast and efficient. They got the tree down without damaging the fence or any property. Once the tree was down they thoroughly cleaned, raked, and removed all tree scraps.

Arrived at the stated time.Put plywood down everywhere on my lawn where heavy equipment went which minimized and damage.Cleaned up the area nicely.Polite and efficient.

Did a good job on the trees. Took a while to come back and patch lawn damage but eventually got here and did a good job on that also. I will call them again for any trees I can't handle myself.

Contractor was response to my request. Showed up as scheduled. Cleaned up all debris when finished. Followed-up after the job was done.

The crew showed up and got right to work. They chipped the branches, did a great job and cleaned up.

Eric and the guys did an awesome job. The tree was huge and the yard was small. They removed trunk topsoil seeded. Very polite and great cleanup.

Falls removed a diseased 60 ft Norway maple tree from my backyard. His crew of about four or five people arrived at 9:30am. Besides chopping down the tree, they also ground the stump and extensive roots. While they were there with all their equipment, I had them also remove some shrubs and grind those stumps. It increased the bill a hundred bucks but it was money well spent. It took them all day to do all the work. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. A day or so after they took down the tree, I discovered some major roots and part of the stump were still in the ground. They were so covered in wood chips and sawdust that the guy doing the root grinding missed them. I called Eric and he sent somebody to grind the parts they missed. When that guy was leaving, I asked if he knew any companies that could fix the yard because it was way too much of a mess for me to do alone and by hand. He told me Falls did that kind of work, too. So I called Eric the next day and he sent one of his guys over a few days later to give me an estimate which I accepted. A few days later, on a Wednesday, a crew arrived and hauled away the wood chips. The ground was too muddy to do anything else. The next day was a religious holiday so I asked them not to come back then. They said they'd be back on Friday but they didn't come that day or Saturday. I called Eric on Monday and he said they'd be there the next day. It rained then so we had to postpone the work until Thursday. So there ended up being a week between the time they started this phase of the job and the time it ended. The two person crew arrived that day around 11am. They worked until about 6. They ground more roots, cleaned up the wood chips and root chunks, graded the land, spread topsoil, planted grass seed, spread lime and fertilizer and covered it all with straw. As before, they cleaned up after themselves nicely. Other than the scheduling glitch over the holiday everything went well. I liked that every time I called Falls, Eric answered. I didn't get a secretary or voice mail. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. Every Falls employee I talked to was friendly, professional and courteous. Even more importantly, from the moment they arrived until the time they left, they worked hard and the work they did was superior.

I had a dead tree near the edge of my backyard that I was afraid could cause damage to my, or my neighbor's home. I contacted Eric and he stopped by that day and gave a great quote for that single tree. A few days later I asked him to come back out to quote me for an expanded job. He gave another good rate. It took about a week for Eric's team to start the work because of the rain and soft conditions. Nobody's fault, but you should take this into consideration if you have other plans to work around. I wasn't home when Eric's team arrived, but they stayed late to get the job done. When they dropped the last tree a few small branches from a neighboring tree were knocked down, but this is not a big deal. The team was very friendly. My 2 year old got a kick out of watching them work, and they gave him a few waves as they were working. I'm very happy with the job and the price. I will definitely have them come back in the future to limb up the woods in my backyard.

I left a voicemail message requesting a call and because my first phone call was made very early Thursday morning, I questioned whether it was received. For this reason, I phoned again on Friday. The company representative came out that day, reviewed the work to be done and assured me that I would receive a quote by either the end of that day, or first thing Monday morning. I was also informed that upon my acceptance of the contract, work would take place either the week of July 28th but no later than the week of August 4th. As of today, August 1st, I have received no quote - hence having the work done the week of July 28th was impossible. Gentleman was very nice, seemed to know his trees, but I can not recommend due to unreliability.

The quote that they gave me was the lowest. They did a complete job of cleaning up. They did a very good job on that too.

Unfortunately one of the falling branches damaged the siding of our house. We noticed the damage later on in the day and called Eric about the issue. He sent out one of his guys to look at the damage, he agreed that the damage must have happened during the cutting. Since we will get siding replaced in the near future we asked if Eric, instead of repairing the damage, could cut the tree stumps down to near ground level (they are about 4 feet tall now). We have not heard anything from Eric since his guy came out to look at the damage about 3 weeks ago. Voice messages are not being returned. We are also still waiting for Eric to return our two safety cones he mistakenly took from us when leaving our house.

Responded immediately and get the job done quickly, fully equipped with right tools to do the job safely.

I requested a quote for tree removals. I never received one. I left my phone number to call and discussed and messaged the provider a few times and received no response.

It went great! Eric and his crew originally came out to give us an estimate to just cut the trees and leave them for us to clean up. We weren't expecting such a good price, and especially weren't expecting them to be able to get the job down that day. They started working immediately, got all the trees down within a reasonable time considering the size and locations of the trees. We are very pleased. Eric and his team did what they said they would do, and before leaving he even gave my husband some helpful tips on the best way to cut the tree limbs. Thank you for a job well done!

It has been a week and I have heard nothing. They did not come out or call. I was disappointed because they were so highly rated and local. I called 5 tree services from Angie's list and only one followed through. Guess who gets my business? I recieved a call today from Falls group. He said he read the review and had come out the same day I called and left a quote that I did not recieve. He then continued and raised his voice about the poor review and maybe I should have called him instead of giving him an "f" on Angie's list. I hung up so I did not have to continue to listen to his ranting. Whether he did leave a quote and it was in wrong box or not seen, I don't know. I do know that I don' t want phone calls like this from anyone. They might be a wonderful company and this was a fluke, but they need to accept poor reviews as well as the good.

Contacted for quote. He returned call once and left a message. I called again, he said he had stopped by but I was not home. He was very busy on a job but would try and work up a quote. If I hadn't heard from him by Saturday, 11/9, I should call him back. I guess I'm not used to the customer having to follow-up, so I just haven't gotten around to calling him back. Plan to make a couple of contacts with other contractors within the next couple of days, and once I have a few quotes, I may recontact Falls to see if he has any interest and how his prices compare. Not the greatest experience for my first attempt using Angies List...

Eric came out the morning after I called. He was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to, and understood everything I wanted. Two working days later, he emailed a quote, which I accepted immediately. A week and a half later, I realized that most of the work had been done, but I have no idea when. They cleaned up so well that it wasn't obvious that anything had changed. No one had called to tell me they were coming, and there was no bill. So I emailed Eric and he sent a bill. I emailed back to say that I had noticed that some of the work had not been done - including trimming a branch that was overhanging the house, and clearing debris off the roof. I did not pay the bill, expecting that they would come out quickly and finish. Three and a half weeks later, we had an early snowstorm and lots of new debris and large branches came down on the roof. I emailed Eric again, and he sent his crew out the next morning. They still didn't let me know they were coming or ring the bell when they started work, but I heard them outside and went out to talk with them. The men were very apologetic about my long wait, and understood exactly what still needed to be done. They did everything I asked, and also trimmed some additional dead branches while they were up there, and put all the branches in the woods. I am now delighted with the work!

Wonderful and considerate crew. Very professional.

Fantastic job done by Eric Eckard - and his team of men - working non-stop from 8:30 am -7:00 pm Wednesday to cur down the two trees, grind the stumps and removed all wood and grindings. . Thursday, the team of men returned at 8:30 am to complete the clean up and completely renovation of our lawn.
