I was very pleased with the service that I received... Bought the special on-line on Wednesday and less than 48 hours later, my tree stump was removed... Jason and Ryan were excellent, prompt, and did a great job grinding out the stump... My yard was nicely cleaned up from the wood chip splatter and I will use Fall Tree Experts again, if I need a tree stump removed...

After I bought the Big Deal for one stump grinding, the owner was at our house to survey the work to be done and came back to us promptly with an estimate. A crew of four worked half a day on the job and left the yard in very clean condition. The owner also gave us advice for prepping the soil to seed grass where the trees had been. All told, it was probably less than ten days between the date I bought the Big Deal and completion of the work. Their price seemed very competitive for all the work performed.

They came out 3 days after I purchased the removal while I wasn't home to complete the job. I was absolutely fine with this since I have a very busy schedule. The only issue I had was the fact that my backyard was a complete mess. I knew they would not be disposing of the wood but there were wood chips everywhere.

Mr falls tree expert did not come out to my house and fix my back lawn like promised.

This was the perfect fit for me. I didn't want someone to come in and sell me tree and landscape services - I just wanted my stumps taken care of and they did that quickly, neatly, and for a fair price. I phoned with a question about their coupon on 5/10/15 and had a crew at my house hours later to provide an estimate. They could have done the work right then but I had to leave and I prefer to be home when work is being done. We arranged for them to return the following day and they phoned about 40 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. I really appreciated that - not everyone will provide that simple courtesy. I also appreciated the care that was taken to avoid an area of new grass

They came, ground stump as contracted. No complaints.

They were awesome! They came out the same day and gave me an estimate on the work i needed done. They were cheaper than the others i got. The work was started the day after i called to say that we wanted to use them. 3 very proffesional and hardworking young men were sent to do our job. We were very happy with their work. Everything was done as expected in 2 days. We would definately use them again.

Jason and his team arrived on time. Jason explained at our consultation 3 days before work was done, why and how work was going to be performed. I referred my neighbor to him and today, 4/24/15, my neighbor house is having work done. Will tell neighbors, family and friends, teacher at work. Everyone is so nice. Team is great.

The owner contacted me the day after I left a voicemail requesting an estimate, and then came later that day to do the estimate. I had already gotten other estimates, and Falls' pricing was the best. The day after I left a voicemail asking them to perform the services, they showed up the next morning and got to work. They did exactly what I asked and cleaned up the area very well. I've already recommended them to my neighbor.

I called Eric on a Wednesday morning, and he came by that evening to evaluate some diseased ash trees and to quote removing them. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening to the trees and why they needed to be removed, and took the time to explain exactly how each tree would be removed, where it would fall, and how they would remove the trees from the yard to protect the grass and shrubs. I also had him look at a number of other trees in my yard for which he provided advice on how to try to save them. I was convinced they were going to need to be removed also, but he felt with some treatment they could be saved. His crew showed up on Friday while I was at work, so by the time I got home the job was almost complete. Having taken down several trees my self over the years, I was expecting to see more trauma to the back yard, but was shocked at how little damage there was. You would never know there were 13 trees (one of which was very large) removed. They also laid plywood every where they need to drive the skid steer equipment and were very conscientious on being careful to not damage any shrubs when removing the cut up trunk and branches from the yard. By the time they left, they had fully cleaned up all the sawdust, leaves, etc. and you would never have known they were there. I would highly recommend their professional and excellent work.

They were fantastic! I called for a quote and someone came out almost immediately. When he got here, he looked at the stump and offered to do it right then. The price was very reasonable and he cleaned everything up when he was finished.

Overall very well. One very tall tree was would soon be across our driveway and maybe in the power lines. They returned relatively soon to drop this and several other trees. There was a little miscommunication on exactly what we wanted on the clean up. This was not a problem as they returned to spend more time and did not leave until they were assured that we were satisfied. This company seems very honest and sincere about pleasing the customer.
