Ace Washer & Appliance Service

I called Scott at Ace Washer & Appliance Service and he came over the very next day to repair my dish washer. He was early (which was fine with me).. He did a excellent job, very professional and helpful with some other issues. I will definitely use him again and I recommend him highly. His prices were very reasonable. Great guy.

Ace did a great job!! I called Scott on Friday morning and he was able to fit me on Saturday. My dryer was heating and then stopped heating off and on - I didn't know what was going on. Scott spent about 45 minutes checking all aspects of the dryer and determined it was part of the gas line that may / may not need replaced. He only charged me for the service call (which was very reasonable) and offered to come back in the next month if it still was an issue. Thank you for making this easy!!

This was such a great experience I don't even know where to start. First of all my washer broke the same day I came back from vacation with a ton of dirty laundry. So in other words, fabulous timing. I So I turned to Angie's List because now it's free and Ace was one of the first companies on the list in my area. I called him and he said it might take him a day or two and he kept apologizing for the delay which to me was way earlier than I had even hoped for. I was over the moon that he could get there that fast. So anyway this was Tuesday, he told me he would call me Wednesday night to set up a time, and he did exactly that. He called when he said he would call and he set up a time for Thursday from 12-2 and said he'd call when he was on his way. Once again, he did exactly that. Which, for a contractor, is really exceptional because usually they just appear on your doorstep when you least expect them like a genie out of a bottle. Anyway Scott got there in exactly the time frame he promised, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. He was courteous and professional and FAST. I could have cried for joy. I was already envisioning the worst since my washer is not exactly a spring chicken but all it was was a door lock. His service fee was unbelievably low and I really appreciate that since at least if it had gone the other way I wouldn't have been out a ton of money. I can't think of any negatives or even anything that could have possibly been improved. Once again, I am one of those people who really really likes for people to do exactly what they say they are going to do. Which you would think should be the norm but it isn't. I felt that Scott did an exceptional job and I would not hesitate to call him again, in fact he gave me a sticker and I put it right on my washer and my mom is already begging me for his number and I gave it to her. A good appliance repairman is absolute GOLD.

I would definitely call Ace Washer again. Scott provided helpful tips on use of the appliance, didn't cause us extra unnecessary expense, and the problem is solved and work guaranteed for 30 days. Other places I called were going to charge $79.00 just to drive here. Happy customer!

This is our third experience with Ace Washer and Appliance Repair and, as in the past, we are extremely pleased with the service Scott is prompt, efficient and knows what he is doing. His prices are very reasonable. Would definitely use his service again.

Responded to initial call fast and was out the next day. Even with our crazy schedule, Scott made it happen. He was honest, professional, and helpful about how situation happened (us pulling a stuck big comforter out) and what to avoid. Took the existing part that we caused to pop off and found it still in good condition and reinstalled it and checked to make sure that took care of the problem, which it did. Scott was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely hire him again!!! Five star business!

Three problems encountered so I need a new machine rather then spending a lot of money on a old machine.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. I had planned on hosting Thanksgiving in my new home for the first time when my oven started acting up. He squeezed me in 2 days before the holiday and had the part he assumed was causing the problem ready on hand. He checked out all connections and tested the oven for at least an hour before he determined it was working properly. He also said he would come back the next day if something went wrong. He absolutely went above and beyond the previous repair service that first came to look at the oven and replaced the wrong part. I will be calling Scott for any future repairs that may be needed in my home.

Scott is absolutely awesome. I purchased a home one year ago and the dishwasher never worked right. It took several tries to start it and it would stop and have to be drained and restarted. It finally just stopped working several weeks ago. I looked for replacements and found nothing that I wanted to purchase so I decided to try and fix the one that I had. I called Scott and he thought one of two thirngs needed to be replaced. He purchased both parts and came out a few days later and replaced the computer, therefore, he only needed to come out once. He gave me advice on what products were best to use in it also. The diswasher now runs with the push of a button and completes the entire cycle. I absolutely would call Scott again for any appliance repair. Also, his service call charge is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Scott was on time, he called ahead of time. Rotor was the issue, he let me feel how should be and let me feel how stripped mines has gotten due to time and overloading. Parts and service have a 90 day warranty. Will use again

Called Ace Washer and Appliance Service on Thursday and told him the problem. Scott came out on Friday and checked the dryer out. The timer had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Scott came back on Saturday and installed the timer. The dryer works again. Ace Washer is a fantastic company to deal with. Scott is very friendly and gets the job done fast.

Angie's List description and the company's website are both misleading saying that this provider "installs". Update your website. The company is highly rated so I would consider using them in the future if I knew for sure what it is that they actually do, thanks for wasting my time.

This is my second experience with Ace. I forgot to write a review after Scott repaired our washer in December 2014. At any rate, he did A+ service each time. He responded promptly on each occasion and was able to schedule the work within 24 hours. He was punctual, went right to work and identified and fixed the problem, this time with our dryer. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what service! Scott spent the time to work with me and get the dishwasher running again, without charge! I called Scott the last time and thanked him for all of his help. What a present for my wife....A dishwasher that works on Valentines Days!!!!! :) It's uncommon to see this kind of service and someone to work with you at no charge.

When I called Ace asked for the model number of my oven. They indicated when they could come out, and called both the day before and the morning of the visit to insure we were available. They were able to fix my oven by replacing a thermostat. They had the part with them and the work took less than an hour. The price for the work was fair, and Ace was very professional during the whole process. I have used Ace in the past and will use them for any future appliance repair work.

Ace is the best quality/price service provider I have ever experienced in my 57+ years as a homeowner.

Made service call with the correct part with him (based on the questions he asked via phone, he knew fairly certainly what was wrong with our washer). Really appreciated the quick turn around time and the washer being fixed quickly. Would surely use Ace Washer again.

The element light was on. I called and he told me the day he could come. The day before he called and set the time plus asked me a variety of questions including the model and exactly what was wrong. Also over the phone he asked me do run some tests. He showed up within two minutes of the scheduled time (Early). He brought all the possible parts he might need. Tested some things determined the problem, replaced the bad part including showing the part to me and why it was bad. Put things back together and tested the stove. Gave me the bill and a receipt for payment. Total time in the house was less than 30 minutes. He was also pleasant.

Called on Thursday and was scheduled for the following day between Noon and 2:00PM . Scott arrived within the stated time and got right to work on checking out the problem. He thoroughly explained and showed me how he determined it was the heating element. Was very pleased that he had the appropriate part and had the dryer working within an hour. Scott was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt the price was fair and appreciated the next day appointment. Will not hesitate to use this company in the future and recommending him to neighbors and friends.

He was an excellent communicator. Once I described the problem, he got the model number, ordered the part and let me know when he could do the job. He showed up when he said he would, was courteous and helpful, and fixed the problem. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The rotary start switch on my dryer broke the day before I was having guests. Part of it was in my hand, and the other part had fallen down into a cavity in the dryer. He fixed the switch after offering me a couple of different options with different costs. As expected, it continues to work very well. His prices are reasonable, and his advice is exceptional. He will offer options for fixing items, or advise whether to fix or replace, even if it means he loses business. Scott is my and quot;go toand quot; person - I definitely recommend Ace Washer and Appliance Service.

I had an excellent experience with Scott, the owner. He came the day after I called him. He came on time and found the problem quickly. Two bad coils and a pulley. He had the parts I needed on hand and fixed it within a half hour. The drier now works perfectly. I was very satisfied with the quote. Don't be put off by the gruff manner in which he answers the phone. He's a good guy and trustworthy. He is my appliance repair man from now on.
