Same day service. Very responsive. Diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Honest about what needed to be done (buy a washing machine) and even told me which type/brand of washer to consider purchasing that would be a work horse but not pricey.

Scott was very quick to respond to my need, having a load of clothes stuck half spun dry sitting in the tub. He fit me in at the last moment and traveled across town to help me. He told me I had the last of the "good " washers, it being 12 years old. The newer ones are all junk. Most of his calls are for the newer ones. He left it totally up to me whether to go for a new one or spend $250 for the new part. I decided to stay with the old "good" machine. He was very prompt, early in fact, because I needed to be out at a doctor's appointment later. I would definintely call him again. It was a pleasure to have his expertise and his efficient prompt service. Very business-like.

Scott did a great job, from the minute I called him he was responsive and provided a prompt appointment to address a broken washing machine. While he was there I asked him to look at a broken disposal. He fixed the washer and replaced the disposal for me. Additionally he ordered a part for my refrigerator and showed up within a week with the part to install it. Pricing and service was excellent and I HIGHLY recommend you call him for your needs.

The serviceman took the panel apart to see what the issue may be. Unless it is acting up, he cannot diagnose the problem. I just paid for the trip out. I was happy with the services. I have used him in the past and think he is honest. He gave me advice to not buy a washer with fancy dials; they are not worth it.

They showed up on time and didn’t leave the mess. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They said that they would be back the next day with the part to fix it and they were back as promised to get the work done. They did a good job and the price that they charged was terrific. They were very responsive, as they called us back within an hour after we contacted them. They were punctual too.

Scott was very knowledgeable and solved our problem. We will call him again. We were unable to change the water level in our washing machine because the knob that controlled it stopped working. I called Scott and arranged for a service call 2 days later. He confirmed the appointment the prior day and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and dropped off a new knob the next day and included a warranty on the part.

Second time used him. Called him first this time. Will call him first next.

i had a leak in the dishwasher. i wanted to see if the leak was from the motor or from the pipes/hoses so i took the panels off the dishwasher. the leak was from the motor area so i took the spray-arm off so i could access the area of the leak. i took the rubber seal out and took it to a parts store. the clerk there mentioned scott as a person who might help me fix the dishwasher instead of me trying to fix it part by part. i called him to make an appointment. I let him know that i thought it was the rubber o-ring seal. he was polite on the phone and he came to the house on time. he saw the dishwasher was taken apart and became very upset. he angrily said that he didnt want to even try it. he didnt ask one question. he just angrily said he was not going to fix it and left. he was there for a total of about 30 seconds. this is not an exaggeration. he walked in, got upset, and walked out. it's almost like he thought i didnt deserve to be in his presence. i wasnt trying to pull a fast one. i would have paid anything to have it fixed. i just need it working. this is a shame that people can be so rude.

I was very pleased that they were able to resolve my problem within 24 hours of calling them. They were professional and polite. The price was reasonable.

Scott came out to the house after confirming the appointment, make of stove, and availability of part. I needed a thermostat and he took the information ahead of time so he could order it and bring it with him. After he looked at our stove, it was evident that the repair would cost almost as much as a new stove. He was able to adjust the thermostat which helped some. I am grateful that he informed me of the difficulties of fixing the old, outdated stove and was honest about the repair.

It went great. We first called another company. They would not quote a price over the phone and insisted on a $70 non refundable service call to make the quote. Their quote was over $650 for the same job. We saved about $200 even with loosing to $70 for the estimate. Ace did a great job with fast and friendly service. I am thrilled by now having a good appliance repair man to call in the future. P.S. when I first selected his listing the site notified me that he did not work in my area. Northern Portage county. I called anyway since his address is close to my home. It turned out that he is seeking work in my area.

When I called him and explained my situation he suggested I try a couple of things before he came out. One of his suggestions was to trip the circuit breaker to re set it. I was then able to re-lit the stove. He was very patient in walking me through what I would need to do to get it fixed. I was truly greatful that he was willing to help me out.

As we were discussing the problem, he told me several things to do to narrow down the problem and low and behold, one of the fixes worked! He fixed my dishwasher over the phone! He is fabulous! He could have just as easily come out and charged me the service call fee but just helped me over the phone! People like him are hard to find!

A friend of mine from work recommended him. We called him and set up a time for the next day. He came early, completed the work, and left within 30 minutes.

Scott agreed to be at my house by 8 a.m. so I wouldn't be too late for work. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. Happily, he had asked for my stove's make and model # when I called so he had the replacement part with him when he walked in the door. Sadly, he had to pull the stove out to remove the old igniter and that was quite a horror. He was kind enough to wait while I did some vacuuming with the hose attachment but since I was dressed for work he wouldn't let me get back there to clean the floor ... he insisted on doing that himself! My broiler now ignites and my floor is clean ... what more could I want?? (And he extended the warranty on my new igniter from 90 days to one year.) Ace doesn't repair refrigerators but they'll definitely be my first and only call for all other major appliance repairs.

I had to call Ace to clean up after the poor job done by the authorized repairman, who installed a new motor (per the warranty) but left me with approximately four different leaks which weren't there before. (When I tried to call the authorized repairman to tell him about the leaks, his outgoing voice mail message said that he'd be unable to take/return calls for the next week.) Instead, I called Ace and told them that I no longer cared about the warranty -- I just wanted the job done quickly and right. And that's what I got from Ace: a great job done in a prompt manner. I would not hesitate to call them again, regardless of whether a particular part was covered under warranty or not. They're honest, reliable and above-board.

Very reasonably priced. Did a great job.

Mr. Moyer inspected broken Maytag Neptune dyer. We both suspected that the control board was dead. He confirmed it with testing. The new part would be close to $300.00 and take 10 days to arrive. I chose to pitch the dryer and get a new one. He was a very nice fellow. He answered many of my questions, gave advice on a new model, and even looked at another appliance briefly and made suggestions on the care of it. I will hire him again in a heart beat. Service call charge very reasonable.

MR. MOYER COULDN'T FIND A PROBLEM WITH THE WASHER, THOUGH WE HAD SMELLED RUBBER BURNING. WASHER APPEARS TO BE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

CALLED AT 12:00 NOON SAT. HE WAS AT MY HOUSE AT 12:45, HAD THE PART OF THE TRUCK, REPAIRED THE OVEN, WAS DONE AT 1:15. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY.

HE HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE IS SOMEONE THAT I CAN RELY ON.

WHEN I CALLED ACE, MR. MOYER SUGGESTED THAT THE DISHWASHER NOISE MIGHT BE AIR IN THE PIPES AND THAT I SHOULD TRY TO REMOVE THE AIR AND THEN CALL HIM BACK IF NECESSARY. ON MY SECOND CALL, WE SCHEDULED AN APPT WINTHIN A FEW DAYS. MR MOYER ARRIVED ON TIME, QUICKLY MADE THE REPAIR, WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE DISHWASHER.

SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH AND EVEN THOUGH HE HAD SAID HE ONLY REPAIRED KITCHEN AID DISHWASHERS, HE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT OURS. HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING TO REPLACE A PART SO WE WOULD HAVE THE DISHWASHER WORKING ON THANKSGIVING DAY.

HIS COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE DID EXCELLENT WORK. HE WAS GREAT ABOUT CALLING AND CHECKING UP PRIOR TO THE VISIT. HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AND THE COST WAS WITHIN $10 OF WHAT HE HAD QUOTED. HE CALLED TO NOTIFY WHEN HE WAS GOING TO BE HERE OR IF HE WAS RUNNING LATE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
