I asked D&M for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line. I wanted to support a local business (less than 3 miles from my house). The tech could not come out to look until the following week due to workload. That was fine. The tech looked at the work needed and wrote it up with a couple of options. He was professional and courteous. He said he had to let his office manager revue the paperwork before giving a quote. Fine. After six days, I stopped by their office to see if the estimate was ready. It wasn't but they promised to bring it to the office manager's attention when he came in. That was a month ago. I am now on my way to tell the owner not to bother.

DM plumbing was the low bidder on replacing our central air conditioner. As we had dealt with them in the past, we were confident in their ability to deliver. Their office help as well as the installers were professional, courteous and always quick to answer our questions. The crew cleaned up after the installation and hauled the old unit away. The unit works great! We used it all summer with no problems

I liked them. He was very flexible about coming by at the end of the day. I thought they gave some good advice and suggestions, but I ended up not purchasing a back up sump pump.

They are usually on time. Their prices are fair for what they do. They have a family owned business. They came out within an hour of calling. I would use them again in the future.

Phone call for service resulted in a next day appt. Company called 30 minutes before appointment time to confirm tech was enroute. A/C system was checked and service was performed. Tech checked system operation after service to make sure everything was working properly.

I looked around for a plumber and they had a good rating on here and were close by. I called the day before they came out and said that they would have someone come out that afternoon or the next morning and they would call before they came. I am home all day so I said that was not a problem. I called again the day of service to make sure they were still coming and around what time. They couldn't give me an exact time which might be a problem for some customers. I can understand not being able to give a specific time sice they do not know how long previous jobs will take before they get there. A lady from the office called about an hour later to say that he was on his way. He got here around 10:45am. He wore the shoe covers in the house as well. I showed him the problem and he explained what he was going to do in order to look more closely at the plumbing. Then once he found the issue, called me back up and showed me. He explained how he was going to fix it. Took just under 2 hours to complete. After he put all his stuff away, he came back in and said he just wanted to make sure he didn't forget to tighten up something and checked it. He didn't forget but said he would feel really bad if he had left and had to come back. I thought this was great. He gave me the total, I paid by check and he left. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We called DM Heating first thing in the morning since our furnace started not to heat the house the night before. We called the office and explained we turned off the furnace since it was not going through its cycle correctly and was not blowing out any heat. They sent out a technician right away and they checked out the furnace, found wha the problem was and called into the office where they tried to locate the part they needed to fix our furnace. The technician had to drive to the eastside of Cleveland to get the part and returned and installed this part. He was very perplexed why the part failed which was why they had a hard time finding the part. DM and the technician went above and beyond fixing our furnace. We have been very pleased with their services since we began to use them.

I always use them. This last time I called them in the evening and he asked me if I could wait because it would be more expensive if he came after hours. I thought that was nice that he wanted to save me the money. If there is a real problem they?ll come right out, and they are a really reliable company. They are local and a family business. I don?t feel like they would cheat me in any way or add things that I don?t need. Their prices are comparable.

The 40 yr old toggle turn off valve began leaking constantly after just having a new washer and dryer installed. No fault of the installer. And I couldn't use the washer until the leak was stopped. Because our house is on a slab, we needed a reliable plumber. We had some bad experiences with other plumbers in the past. That's when I joined Angie's List and found one. I needed the fast, constant drip fixed ASAP. This was not a job that could wait another two days. I called two or three companies in the morning. DM Plumbing could come that same day. . . Not only did the plumber replace the single lever with two screw valves, but also took out a water softener and rerouted the pipe supply to the new valves: thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He did a fantastic job. Start to finish everything was done in a hour. I would call them first thing if I needed work done. I thought that their pricing was very reasonable.

Very good. They were timely, patient, and answered several questions. Also efficient.

Went extremely well. I was at my mother's house in Amherst when her toilet started leaking water from the tank. I called DM Plumbing and they came out the next day and gave an estimate. When it was determined that the job was a repair and not a replacement they did the job that same afternoon. Josh, I very nice young man, worked for about an hour. He had all the parts that were required right on the spot and was done in no time. My mother is 90 years old and this was very upsetting for her because she only has one toilet on the first floor and she was greatly relieved to have it done so quickly and efficiently. Josh noticed the deteriorating main shut off valve in the basement and will come back in a few days and fix that too.

Overall, both times they came out, the service went well.

Work was performed for the exact amount estimated. Prompt, efficient, courteous. From a layman's view, the new water lines they installed were a work of art! Everything neat, nothing "cobbled" looking. I was impressed. Smooth installation, no leaks, sink and toilet working as expected.

They are a local company and they have been wonderful to work with. They always come right out, sometimes even within a half an hour. When I called them to come out and check my furnace the gentleman took the time to show me how to change the filter and do some of the maintenance work myself. I have been very pleased with the information that they have been able to provide me with. When they came out to check the water heater they were out in a timely manner and they came up with the diagnosis quickly. Once they determined that the water heater was shot they were very quick about helping me to get the replacement lined up and installed.

DM Plumbing and Heating is very good. They fixed our air conditioner after hours. When I had the drain problem, I called them and they were there in 15 minutes. They are friendly and they clean up their mess. They showed me how to change my furnace filter. They are nice.

They are great, they will even come for emergencies, they are reachable 24 hours a day. There prices are very comparable to everyone else, I have never had anything break after they fix it. The price varies by the job.
