DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH D&M PLUMING they were at my residence for just under three hours and charge me $700 and fix nothing if you want knowledgeable techs call ARTS WATER SYSTEMS or KALEEN this place is a joke

The kid they sent out had no clue as to how to service the system. He spent most of the time on the phone with his boss. I had to show him how to repair a zone valve. I had to have another company come out and they discovered that one of the valves to the system was closed. They opened it and bled the system, $80. DM charged over $500. I called DM to talk to the owner but according to the woman on the phone he was out. I asked that he return my call. No response. I sent him a letter voicing my concerns. No response. The bad thing about it is that I had been a customer of their's for over 20 years. No matter the business, you don't treat loyal customers that way.

They are really good. They are very reliable, very professional, dedicated and serious. The price was reasonable and within range of what anybody would charge or maybe a little less even. We were very pleased with them.

We awoke Sunday morning to find our sump pump had failed and we had water in the basement. Andrew was on call at another job but was at our house in about 2 hours and replaced the pump. The price is high because we had to have service in off hours. We have used DM Plumbing for years (not on Angie's List then) and they have always done excellent work for us.

I was happy with the pricing. I think they are competitive.

I don’t remember the cost but it was reasonable. We used them before and we were happy with them. They do a good job and I thought that the price is reasonable.

They're very reasonable. They don't fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed. They are very honest and professional. We've had them out a couple time and they're just great.

The person they sent out to do the work was not familiar with the type of system we have in our house. We have a boiler and hot water heat. A year ago we had another company install floor heat in our living room and it was not working properly. I could not get in contact with the Co. that did the install so I contacted DM. I have been a loyal customer of DM for years. They have done quite a bit of work for me all to my satisfaction. When their service man started I had a funny feeling he didn't quite know what to do. After several frustrating hours of him trying to bleed the system he finally called the more experienced guy to walk him through what to do. After that didn't work he called his boss. This process took somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 hours. It was painful to watch. It was like on the job training that I was paying for. After he finally felt that the system was properly bled he started to work on replacing the bad zone valve. He had no clue. He was going to cut the complete zone valve out and replace it with a new one. I told him that all he had to do was replace the motor. I showed him how to do it because I had done it before on a different zone. I guess I should have done this myself. He was grateful for the lesson I think. After all this when I finally got the bill it was over $500. I was suprised at the amount for the work performed. I called to talk to someone about it and when I explalined the problem I had to the lady in their office she said she would have someone contact me. It's been several weeks now so I paid the full amount and regretfully I won't be using them again. There are a lot of good heating/plumbing contractors out there.

They did a great job. The battery backup for our sump pump wasn't working properly. I called them and their tech said he would come over as soon as he could. When he came he hooked up a new sump pump. That day there were 5 people from their company, including the owner, there to help us fix the problem before any water leaked into the finished part of our basement. They were able to fix it and we haven't had any water in our basement since then. They were really great.

I have had many companies do work for me over the years, and I can honestly say that that DM Plumbing was one of the finest EVER!!! Andrew, the technician, was very kind and extrememly competent in the work that needed to be done. He completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend DM Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Wow! Wow! Wow! GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were scheduled for a certain time. When they didn't show, I called and found that they needed to go somewhere else first, but that they were finishing up and would be right out, which they were. The removal and replacement of the pump went smoothly, but the installed left a messy trail for us to clean up while removing it from the home.

The young men they sent to the house were smart, efficient, and personable. They got the job done. The price was reasonable. It did take 12 days to get the replacement part. 90 year old house.

As always, they did excellent work. We've had them perform services over the past 20 years and have never had a poor experience.

Furnance wasn't working during Hurricane Sandy storm. They came out right away and fixed it.

They are always on time. They call before they send the crew out. Overall, great work!

I decided to replace my 30 year old furnace and A/C system. I had several HVAC companies quote and found that DM Plumbing and Heating had the lowest quote. Steve Morrow, Owner/Manager, of DM Plumbing and Heating was the most: professional, courteous and prompt sales person of all of the companies. He showed up on time, put on booties, took his time to explain everything to me and came back with a thorough quote giving me different options with prices. After discussing my options with Steve, I went ahead and worked with Tim to set up an installation date. He was professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. On the day before my furnace and A/C installation, I was called to let me know that Andrew and Greg would be at my house at approximately 9:00AM. I was called that morning at about 8:40AM to let me know that they were on their way. They were at my house at 9:00AM on both days of the installation and worked almost continuously for 10 to 12 hours each day. They gave me different options for different locations of the A/C unit, pipes, wiring, etc. and explained everything that they were doing. They told me to ask them questions at anytime and answered my questions thoroughly. Both Greg and Andrew were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and neat (wearing booties, placing plastic and paper on the floor and cleaning up after themselves). They worked well together, planning out their work, before starting. They even corrected mistakes made by previously HVAC service personnel from a different company. Before leaving, they explained everything and made sure I understood the HVAC system. I can't say enough about this company and its personnel. I highly recommend DM Plumbing and Heating for any HVAC or plumbing work.

Good people, good service at a fair price. It's hard to find an honest company these days, but, this is definitely one of the few you can count on.

We need to have our AC replaced, so I contaced DM based on their stellar reviews on this site. I requested an evening appointment to receive an estimate and they accomodated me. However, the service tech arrived 30 minutes late, which was annoying, but not the end of the world, What was a deal breaker was the fact that I never received an estimate despite numerous requests. In fact, Bruce, my point of contact, stopped responding to my emails all together. I need to spend several thousand dollars on a new AC, but I guess my business isn't that important to them. Very unprofessional.

They were prompt and did what they were supposed to. If you have an emergency they will be out right away.

We use them for various things. They also check our air conditioning and heater for us. They are professional and courteous.

They've always done a good job for us.
