Called when on their way. Showed up on time. 3 guys came, so cleaning time was quick (~60 min ?) Very polite / courteous. Since this 1/2 off deal was purchased thru Angie's List, it was prepaid. They did a very good job -- the only problem was cleaning only the outside glass didn't make the windows look good from the inside 3 panes of glass when looking out (they also needed to be cleaned.) So I decided to schedule Streak Free to clean the inside 3 panes of my windows (I have Pella windows with removable insulation panes that clip in -- so, the 3 surfaces are the inside of the outside window and the two surfaces of the insulation pane.) and the inside panes of the sliding glass doors on the sun rm. So, Streak Free came this morning (6/08) right on schedule --- 11 am and the truck was here. Two guys came this time and put on cloth booties before coming inside. One put down a bath size towel on the floor to clean each window while the other worked on cleaning the 4 sliding glass doors and the tracks at the bottom (which had a lot of dirt in them as the flower beds are on the outside) and the front storm door & window Cleaning the house windows required extra care because of the removable clip-in panes which have to be taken out inside the house. I had already taken most of the panes out because I wanted to do some preliminary shop vac cleaning between the outside and removable panes -- also to clean the 4 vent holes in each window which had gotten clogged from spiders/bugs using the holes for nests. An issue for cleaning is that some of my Pella windows have mini blinds between the outside window and the clip in window. The blinds are not easily removed, but it is easy enough to unhook the blinds from the two bottom hooks -- this alows the blind to be held outward with one hand while cleaning the window with the other hand. The Streak Free cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the panes and wiping the window frames, re-attached the mini blinds at the bottom hooks, and carefully re-installed the clip in panes. The sliding glass doors on the sun rm are clean and the bottom tracks look good (they were really dirty). I have metal sliding screen doors on the sliding doors -- over the years a hard water / metal oxide film / spotting has been deposited on the windows behind the screens. This is not removable with standard window cleaner. To clean this film would have been extra cost which I declined. But, I was told about a hard water cleaner that would remove the spotting. Minor problem -- since the outside and inside were cleaned 3 weeks apart, the outside of the windows had started to spot up. So now the inside 3 panes are spotless and the outside panes show some spotting. Streak Free asked me what extra outside cleaning I wanted -- certainly couldn't ask them to clean outside again. But, there was not problem with cleaning a fly by bird bombing on one of the backyard picture windows. Also, as I was doing review of the work, the guy who cleaned the house windows noticed a spot on one of the picture windows which was driving him crazy -- he cleaned it --- love the attention to detail !! Note: the outside edges of the windows still have a "film" on them. I was told this is from the glue that was used on the windows (he has seen it on other windows like mine). Again, this is not included in the standard window cleaning. But this should be easy to clean with a razor blade window scraper. BOTTOM LINE: on time (both appointments) ; very courteous ; great job cleaning ; windows are so clean it looks like they have been removed ; aside from the 1/2 off Angie's List deal, the regular cleaning cost is very reasonable ; the hard water & glue films are not standard cleaning (I have no problem with this & I could have paid extra to get it done.) Would I use SF again: DEFINITELY !

To say I was delighted is an understatement. The windows were so clean, I wasn't sure there was glass in them! What a difference! They went above and beyond (even took a rolled up mattress down to my basement Thank you! Thank you!)

Excellent. They fairly appraised all windows, taking into account any side panels and transoms.

They said they could do my skylights and I had one extra window. They did each skylight for $10 and the extra window for another $10. They did an excellent job. They did such a great job. Every window was cleaned inside and out. All the screen were cleaned and the skylights inside and out. I would recommend them because they were very thorough, professional, friendly and they did a wonderful job. The windows look great. They were also quick. They did it all in little less two hours. I will absolutely use them again.

Purchased a Big Deal for $150 that included the cleaning of 20 windows inside and out. They responded quickly and were able to schedule within one week. Two men (both named James) arrived within the scheduled time and provided a courtesy call when they were en route. The counted our windows and determined we had 24 total windows. Some small windows counted as only 1/2 or 1/3 windows, so that was very nice. The offered to clean just 20 of our choosing or to clean all 24 for $40 more. We elected to have them clean all 24. They worked very quickly but did an excellent job. Our windows have never looked better! They were very friendly and wore shoe covers while inside. The left no mess. No streaks on the windows. We will definitely have them back next spring to clean our windows again! $190 is a small price to pay considering it would have taken me at least half of a weekend day and I would have had to do all the laundry from all the rags and the windows would have only looked half as good. Thank you!

Great, absolutely wonderful service. Very friendly and personable. Even cleaned two extra windows. also cleaned my screens. I don’t really like strange people in my house but they made me feel relaxed, very funny staff. Felt very comfortable with them. They told me they would redo the work if they ended up streaking, free of charge, even if it rains! Responded to my inquiry the very next day. Recommended them to my friends and neighbors!

Went well.. identified a window that had lost it's gas. Subsequently we had the window replaced.

James (the owner) and his crew were very proffessional, prompt and throrough. On the day we agreed upon they were here right on time. All the workers were clean, friendly and very professional while in my house and doing the outside work. I was also very pleased with the end result, all the windows were extremely clean and the outside of my house never looked better! I will be recommending Streak Free to my friends and family!

The owner called to alert me they were on their way as I had requested. Arrived on time. When they finished and we looked through the glass, it looked like an HD picture! The team was friendly and professional. They knew what they needed to do and did it quickly and thoroughly. Went above and beyond - took down tension rods and replaced them afterwards. We did a walk through and they tweaked a few things at my request. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic! Almost looks like no glass in the windows, they're so clean. Owner and assistant couldn't have been friendlier. They were very careful if they needed to move anything. They did not rush "just to get the job done.' We've used this business many times in the past, and they just seem to keep getting better.

Everyone seemed to be happy with their cleaning. The company didn't realize that we had skylight/roof windows and there was a misunderstanding on the inclusion of these. He will be returning to fulfill his contract in the fall. He did a good job but we are not sure if he will back next year. It depends on the board and the possible price increase. Our price for 2014 is $3900
