Streak Free Window Cleaning LLC

Long story short. The young man that cleaned my exterior window was on time and courteous. The windows he cleaned were done well. However, He broke one of my windows while cleaning - the window fell into the room and the interior pane was shattered. He assured me he had spoken with the office and they would take care of the repair. I spoke with the office and they also assured me this would be taken care of - They sent a glass repair man to the house he provided a quote upon hearing the price of the repair I was told by the receptionist that they would be sending another company out for a price comparison. Since then I have not heard from anyone in the company. I have left several messages and never receive a return call. I called the glass repair man and he contacted Streak Free windows. The informed him they would NOT be assuming responsibility for making the repair. This is really sad considering they told the young man at the time of the incident that this would be taken care of and not to worry. Unfortunately, I paid for the service when it was rendered in good faith that it would be repaired as I was told.

I went from completely satisfied to COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED !!! Had appointment for Dec 1st window cleaning 3:30-4:30. At 3:15 i called just to make sure i was still on the schedule since i had not heard from anyone. I was told by the woman answering phone that she would call the guys and find out where they are and call me right back to give me estimate on when they would arrive. RECEIVED NO CALL BACK ! 5:00 STILL NO SHOW ! They would not pick up phone when I called. Next day....did not call me nor would they take my calls. I had other cleaning services scheduled to come in AFTER the windows were done. Everything got screwed up. I am giving this company a bad rating because the VERY LEAST they could have done was to call an apologize and reschedule. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! The lady that answers the phone and schedules appointments sounds SICKENING SWEET on the phone...a complete PHONY !!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Hopefully this review will help others from making a BIG MISTAKE!

considering it was a rainy day, overall the work was well done, only a few areas were not perfect however I attribute to bad weather.

The men were on time and did an excellent job. The windows really were streak free. The men were friendly and courteous. I will have them again in the spring.

Matt and Max came out on Tuesday to clean the outside of the house. They don't power wash; it's more like a car wash. They wash it with a wand that sprays cleaner and water. Then they rinse it. I was impressed that in addition to the vertical surfaces, they also cleaned the ceiling of the large, open, front and side porches. Two days later they washed the windows inside and outside. They wear disposable booties on their feet and put down drop cloths when they do the inside of the windows. For the outside they have cleaner that they apply with mop-like things and remove with wide squeegies. When I set up the cleaning, they gave me a window of time when they would be there, and on the day of the work they called 30 minutes before they arrived. They were polite and personable, and best of all, my house looks great.

They were called back to deal with 1 or 2 minor issues. They responded very quickly and fixed things to our satisfaction.

James and his crew have always been prompt and flexible when I needed re-schedule. My windows look as if they have disappeared after they are cleaned! The screens and inside glass of double paned windows were cleaned. The screens were taken outside to wash. Everything was returned to original place, including knickknacks. The crew was pleasant and yet when they talked with me, they continued to work. They knew what they needed to do, did it quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled with the results. They have cleaned our gutters since 2014, bagging leaves and running water thru downspouts to insure they are cleaned out. The guys have gone above and beyond listening to my requests and one year they even helped me move a carpet to the basement...easy for them, impossible for me.

James had someone come out the next day to re-clean the gutters when they over-flowed and many more. days of rain was forecasted. what service! Powerwashing was scheduled for later, when the skies cleared up. Crew is always pleasant, get right to work, do the job they said they would do in a timely manner. Area is always left in a clean, neat condition.

Excellent (or should I say 'eggselent'. The team over there was understanding of the situation. I had tried my 3,000# pressure cleaner to no avail. We contacted a company on Angies list running a special - I don't think they wanted to or could do it (what a hot mess). Streak free was no hassels no fuss. If you want to work with professionals from a family business and not a franchise, these are your guys. Affordable, IF they are a bit higher, it is worth the hassle free great job. I had a good experience with them, that was a very good experience. They showed up on time and they did a real nice job. Very neat, went right to work and did everything they said they were going to do. Nothing exceptional, I mean they just came, went about doing their job and just did everything they were supposed to do quickly and great quality.

Great! The workers were very professional, personable and hard-working. The house and windows look amazingly clean! Would definitely use again.

Although they were late in arriving they called to give me a heads up on the delay. James and John are professional and pleasant young men.

Appointment was kept on time. Called 20 min. prior to arrival. Windows and glass doors look WONDERFUL! This is the 3rd time they have been out since early last year. Always prompt, professional and pleasant. Careful of my things near the windows. Took the screens outside to wash off and dry. I have always been delighted with their service. No streaks, no leftover film. The class seems almost to disappear. .

I called and spoke with the owner. He was very friendly and was pleased with our discussion. He said he would drive by my house the next day and call with estimate. I never heard another word.

Called after the appointment time was missed... No return phone call.

We had previously had Streak Free windows clean our gutters last fall. they did a excellent job. the power wash and window cleaning was also excellent and my wife commented the windows never looked cleaner. They were prompt (we made the power wash and window cleaning appointment last fall) and meticulous in their work. the whole job was completed in less than 4 hours and we have a two story house with a number of windows. The windows were cleaned inside and out.

Crew was very friendly and professional. Did the job as advertised, no muss, no fuss. Even cleaned the many-paned back door which I had not expected. Good guys, went above and beyond what they needed to do.

James is very friendly and very professional. He returned my call very promptly and scheduled the work immediately. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He also charged less than the company I have worked with for the past several years. I highly recommend Streak Free Windows and will have them back next year.

Because of all the rainy weather that we have been having we had to reschedule a few times but it was worth the wait. James, the owner, is very pleasant to work with and is very interested in pleasing his customer.
