Description of Work: They cleaned my living room carpet. I appreciated that they did not cancel my appt even though they were unable to reach me to confirm that morning. They were very efficient and friendly and did a good job. I only gave a B on professionalism because one of them asked personal questions during conversation, which is generally considered poor etiquette. Otherwise the service was perfect.
