the employee kept trying to get me to upgrade.He kept saying he didn't get paid anymore if i do but i should really get it.after about 5 tries then he said how about just 1 room after i said no again he finally stopped.Then i told him he needed to go through the back door instead of the front he got upset .Then when he finally finished his parting shot was he could smell cat pee and i should had gotten upgrade but dummy didn't realize cats don't go in the room he made that comment.Your stupid employees should be more professional and watch their mouths.no way in the world would i use you again especially because i have called and complained and filled out 2 surveys

They did good work. I have them clean my carpets every season, so about 4 times a year. I would use them again in the future.

About two people came out for two hours.

They did a beautiful job. The price was somewhere between $100 & $150. They did very good work, came when they said they were and when I saw some spots that looked like they could go over again, they took care of it and everything was great.

The crew (Brandon H. and Allen H.) did a great job, we will ask for them again.

They came and did the work and I was watching them for about 70% off the time. There was no issues with the cleaning quality. When my phone rang, they took advantage of me not being present and went into one of my daughter's bedrooms. I told the techs they need not go into the room, it was block and full of stuff. It was not an area that need to get the carpets cleaned. When I came back after the phone call, one of the techs was looking at a box by the wall in the living room. I told him he had no need to go down that way, there wasn't anything to do. They finished up the work, gave me some extra cleaner. I thanks them for the work, and they left my house. They got into there vehicle, it looked like one of them was pushing something over to make room to get into the vehicle. I was putting back my dresser a few days later. It was around August 13th when I noticed the things were missing. I went to find the box when I needed to get a necklace out of it, that's when I realized I was robbed. They also too some financial documents and $100 in cash. On Sunday August 14th, I contacted Stanley Steamers Office and spoke to Jessica. She advised me to contact the Police right way. Also, she pasted my complete of theft to the district manager named Matt. After speaking to Stanley Steamers, I called the police. Officer Kochever came out and took and took my report of theft. Matt got back with me on Monday at 9 am. Matt was not apologetic about my robbery. All he said was that he was going to cooperate with the police investigation and make sure that they go down to the police department. He gave me a story about how "he doesn't know for sure if this really happened" and then gave me an experience he had when a customer thought a pair of shoes were stolen. This customer later found the shoes and called Stanley Steamers back.

It was a good experience. They were on time, mindful of not tracking dirt after they cleaned. No complaints. I would recommend them.

They were great and here on time. They came in and moved everything. I would use them again.

I got better cleaning with rental equipment. The workers were very professional with my wife. If I had been home I would have refused paying the full amount. My wife paid extra for odor removal - it did nothing. It was easy to set up the appointment but it is the LAST time I will use them

The two gentlemen showed up within the scheduled window. They got right to work and were done in no time. They were professional and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their work before leaving.

It was satisfaction guaranteed. When they got done, if there was any spots that they had missed or anything they would come back and take care of it. They give you a date when they will be coming out and if I'm not mistaken, they will call you in the morning to let you know what time they are going to be there.

All went extremely well. The communication was good and while not really cheap, it was a lifesaver for the home and us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

John and Brad arrived promptly, were extremely professional, attended to every detail. They protected the hard wood floors, walls, were considerate to keep my garage door only part way open. They pretreated high traffic areas, cleaned and protected where requested and raked the carpet to get a professional result. They kept me informed about the results of the carpet cleaning as they completed rooms. I noticed that their equipment was much quieter than other companies I have used before. They worked around us in the background and got great results!

They were very punctual, and called before arriving. I was in the middle of a move, and so it was nice that they could reschedule as needed. (It happened a couple times before I got moved completely) They worked around my activities, got everything floorwise cleaner than I'd ever seen it, and got out as quickly as they arrived. Everything was explained as to how they would work, and went smoothly. The little gas engine outside while they clean is pretty loud, but if that's what makes the results, it's hard to complain.

They were very good and I was very impressed. They cleaned up and moved the furniture that was down there. They made sure that there was no damage to the rest of the house as they came up and down the stairs with their equipment. They put stuff on the doors to make sure there was no bouncing with their machines. It was perfect. They were friendly yet professional at the same time. The price was very reasonable for what they had to do.

John Burns and Dante Powell were very polite and efficient at their job. They were also very concerned about my three cats, which I appreciated. They completed the job in good time, and when finished, the newer carpet in my house looked like new, with the exception of one area where a pet stain had set for a long time before I had attempted to clean it. *But* now it does look a great deal better than it did before John and Dante did clean the carpet!!! The older carpet, which was in the house when I bought it 18+ yrs. ago, looks MUCH better!!! I gave the price rating a B, because I know I could have gotten this service done more cheaply. In fact, right now, I believe the company is running a special. BTW, if you book online, you get a 10% discount! I also believe that you get what you pay for. I could have booked another service and not been anywhere near as pleased as I was with Stanley Steamer. I would use the company again, and ask for the same crew!

They arrived on time. They were very polite and explained what they were going to do and what we should do afterward. They did a good job cleaning carpet. Even asked me to look it over before they left. The only reason I gave them a "B" and hesitate to use them again is that they put some gouges in the wall. These were hidden by the furniture and I did not see them until later.

They are very good. They are definitely professional and punctual. They did a great job and I have used them now for probably at least five years. They treat the house as it was their own. I would continue to use them.

Very professional. Explained everything to us. Was satisfied with the carpet after cleaned. We have had this carpet for a little over ten years and its still in good condition except a skill area where it was very hard to clean We had other carpet cleaners in, maybe two others, and Stanley steamer did the best job.

They came out and cleaned 6 rooms. They are the best. They come when they say they're going to come. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and effectively. Moved all the furniture. Technician gave me tips on caring for my carpet and how to remove pet stains between cleanings based on the type of stain. Showed me how to clean a spot. Carpets smell fresh and look great.

Stanley Steemer has provided carpet cleaning services for me for several years. They are reasonably priced and their online scheduling is great. In the past, I requested a specific technician who always did an excellent job on the carpets. When I found out he left the company, I was skeptical but still requested their services. I was not disappointed. The "new" crew did a nice job. They even removed a couple of hard-to-remove stains. I will definitely use them again.
