The carpets looked like new when they were done -- even the stains on the frequently walked paths were clean.

Stanley Steemer's price was fairly reasonable. I liked everything. They were very helpful and they gave us information on how to maintain the tile. I would definitely use them again for my other home.

I had used Stanley Steemer before and I wanted to use them again. They were here on time and I think they did a fairly good job. It didn't take long and I guess that's a good thing.

We were preparing to move into our new home and were having the carpets cleaned due to the previous owners having cats (which I am allergic to). There was no furniture to move since we hadn't moved in yet. They arrived on time and were done in about 2.5 hours. Carpets in the home were all newer (< 4 years old) and we tore the carpet out of the one room that was really fouled by the cat. That being said, I have not had any allergy problems since we moved in, so the cleaning seems to have done the job. After removing the carpet and painting the subfloor in the "cat room" we haven't noticed any odors in the rest of the house. The carpet in the family room is a longer frieze, and it looked much better and less matted after the cleaning. The cleaning also helped fluff up some of the furniture marks that were on the carpet from the previous owners. The two technicians were polite and professional. They were easy to deal with. The carpets were fairly damp when they left. We ran a dehumidifier in the basement and upstairs and they were perfectly dry the next morning.

They did a great job - very thorough and effective.

We moved into this house three months earlier. It has off-white carpeting. I have a 16-year-old son, a four year old dog, and a ten month old pupply. The carpeting quickly became quite grimy. Jason and Brad came on time, finished on time, and cleaned this carpeting to look better than when we moved in. They moved very efficiently, shared hints to help keep the carpet cleaner longer, and were very pleasant to work with. I will request them again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Two guys came to do the cleaning, they were dressed well, they were in Stanley Steemer uniform. They were very professional. They knew the products regarding the surface. They knew what they were doing. They were good as far as steam cleaning, dealing the machine. If I had any questions, they answered them right away. If one guy was working, the other guy would answer my question. They did not mind if I was around. They did a really good job.

I had requested Tim as the lead cleaner, as he has been at my house several times before. I have three dogs, and every one had been sick in different ways prior to what was really my regular 6-month cleaning. I only expected them to get a couple of the stains out, but the got all but one! I was amazed. I will continue to use them, and I will continue to ask for Tim, as he knows I don't want to use any extra chemicals like deodorizers and protectants, and gives me no pressure. His team moves all the furniture except the bookcases I don't want to empty, and have always been prompt, thorough, and professional.

Everything was fine and the job turned out really well. I have used them several times and I have never had a problem with them. I have always liked the work that they have done and they are on time. They are little aggressive as far as trying to sell other services which is understandable because they get a commission on each job that they do and also if they sell some of the products.

Stanley Steemer called about 15 minutes before arriving at my house. They arrived right when they said they would. There were two guys here and both were very friendly (nice firm handshake from both upon arrival) both were professional and answered any questions I had. I gave the a tour of the areas I wanted cleaned and I was impressed with the fact that they told me if I would like any other room cleaned or any tile or grout cleaned they would work with me and would work on special pricing. They got right to work and did a most fantastic job. It looks like I have new carpets. There were several areas I didn't think they would be able to get clean but they were successful . I am very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning. They did a wonderful job.

They came right out, and got my carpets cleaned quickly. Everything went well and I was very happy working with them!

They asked what pieces of furniture needed to be moved and cleaned under, and cleaned under those pieces (I have bookcases that never move). The did the area rug, and took it outside and hung it to dry on the fence, as I had asked. Very polite and professional. Carpeting was not over-wet when the left, and dried completely overnight. Have never found anyone who does a better job. The B on price is because I have only a limited amount of carpeting, so always pay a minimum amount and never qualify for any deals!

They always do a wonderful job on my carpets. I will continue to use their services in the future.

It would be my second choice over Coit Cleaning. They moved the small things, but not the bigger furniture.

We would highly recommend them. They do a nice job getting the furniture and carpets clean. We have been using them for a number of years.

Their technicians are very thoughtful for personal property. They are very knowledgeable about their additional products but they don’t push you to buy them. They just tell you and if you want to buy you can do so and they are fine even if you don’t buy them. I just think they are a very professional group. I love their television commercial. I will use them again.

It was very good. They were professional, polite and on time. They were also very nice. Their price was really good. I compared it to a couple of other companies and theirs was the best.

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job. My neighbor had recommended them to me. I ordered their services on-line and got a 15 % discount. They charged me $325 for the entire house and removed all but one stain on my off white carpet. Another highly respected carpet cleaner in the area charged me $1100 for the same job and couldn't get out the same stains that Stanley removed. I would highly recommend them and hire them again! The two Stanley personnel were excellent at customer service. They were on time, hard working, pleasant, asked for feedback and did an excellent job.

Called to set up an appointment, they were flexible with the times. They came as told, worked hard to remove a spot, and properly wore something over their shoes.

They had a special going on so they did all that and it didn't take them that long. They were very good. They were on time, professional and did a thorough job. I think it was a fair price that they charged.

They are on time. They provide good quality service. They are polite and professional. They charge $99 for my place and they charge extra for the steps. If they add the stain protector it would cost a little bit more like $135. The price is average.

They came cleaned the carpet and left. The problem arose several months later when the solicitation calls started. We opt out of everything, I was assured when I initially called them I would not be getting phone calls like this. Apparently that assurance didn't mean a thing. I have tried to have my number removed off of their calling list at least a dozen times. I've spoken to supervisors, customer service reps etc. I've been hung up on when I've asked them why I'm being called when I have already asked to be removed. It is very unprofessional.

I was very impressed. My boyfriend likes to rent a carpet cleaner and do it himself because it's so much less expensive. However, we'd had a problem with one of our dogs, and I wanted the carpet more thoroughly cleaned than could be done with a rental machine. The crew was prompt, moved all furniture as needed (without complaint, and I have a lot of stuff in a small room) and got the carpet cleaner than it's been since it was installed 3 years ago. My boyfriend is now a believer. I tried a less expensive company a while back, but Stanley Steemer is worth the higher price.
