The representative who came to my house was very understanding and easy to talk to. I was impressed with him. The work crew did the work very well and cleaned up after themselves. They were just a good company to work with. I have no complaints. I would definitely use them again.

.I thought they did a really good job. The one thing that really stuck us was their willingness to work with our insurance company, insurance adjuster. They actually offered to go up on the roof with her, the insurance adjuster and work with them to identify the damage that we had from hail. As a result of them working with our insurance adjuster we got the roof fully paid for. That worked really well. The quality of work done was excellent. They brought of a crew of people to put the roof on, getting the area cleaned up and basically the whole thing was done in a day.

The crew doing the roof was courteous and answered questions I had. They worked continuous and very hard. The yard was picked up with no debris left. The roof looks great! I would use this company again.

My experience with Craftsmen was amazing! The Craftsmen rep told me while there were no guarantees, he believed I qualified for my roof to be replaced due to wind damage. I doubted it but was pleasantly surprised when my insurance company agreed and replaced the entire roof. Even though the insurance company paid for my roof, I decided to use them for siding and gutters as well. The Amish roofers were great, but the siding and gutter crews were really good as well. Clean up from all crews was far better than I expected it to be. I will definitely be giving Craftsmen a call when I finally decide to replace these old windows.

Randy was nice enough the first time around and seemed very professional. I don't know much about roofs so I trusted his opinion regarding hail damage. It all went downhill from there... I called him and gave him claim information and contact information for the adjuster, and he confirmed having it. When the adjuster first came out, he was not even there. I called him and he pretended not to have the adjuster's contact info and said he'd schedule another time for both of them to be at my house. 2nd time, he didn't even bother to tell me when the adjuster was coming out - I received a voicemail from the adjuster after the fact, and had to call Randy myself to find out what happened. He then admitted that the adjusted didn't find much damage, but told me that he'd come out to take a look at the offer the insurance company sends. We got the offer - surprise, surprise, for barely anything. I called Randy and he gave me some bs about being busy and possibly having someone else come out, and told me he'd call me back. I'm still waiting for him to call me back several weeks later. Basically, these people are trained to con you into filing an insurance claim in some odd chance that your insurance company will come through with a big check. We had 2 independent roofers come out since then and neither one saw any evidence of storm damage. We filed a claim for nothing and now have a "notch" on our insurance history. If you truly have storm damage, you can file the claim yourself and then pick the contractor you truly want to work with. Craftsmen thrives on doing the job for less, and pocketing the overhead - they make you sign papers saying that you're obligated to let them do the work if the insurance company approves the claim. And when the claim comes through for less than they expect, or nothing, they disappear.

I had 2 people come back and look at the same problem, they said they would get back to me but never did. A month after the second one they called me and said someone would be able to give me an estimate and then I never heard from them. My experience was very limited and unsatisfactory. The first time they took pictures and told me they'd have someone get a hold of me with an estimate or send a contractor out with an estimate. A month and a half later someone else came out and took pictures and said a contractor would get a hold of me and never did. The inability to reconnect with me after giving an estimate is definitely a deal breaker. When they were here they were very professional and friendly, but the inability to follow up shows a lack of professionalism.

I found out that they were not very responsive. I will not take any quote from them in the future.

There was nothing that we didn't like. They were fast and efficient. They did good work and the clean up was immaculate. I will use them again in the future.

I had some damage of the roof, and he took some information regarding that but he never got back to me. Initially, he seemed very professional. He was quick, and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. However, even after 2 months there was no response from him.

Everyone was extremely easy to deal with at Craftsman Restoration. All the firms that came out to do their jobs did an excellent job.

The job was covered by insurance; we were responsible for the deductable only. They dealt with the insurance claims adjuster. The most remarkable thing about their job was what they didn't leave behind. The existing roof was taken off, an invariably messy job, before the new roof went on. When the crew wrapped up and left, I found one 2" square fragment of shingle in our lawn. One. If you didn't notice the new shingles, you would never have known they were there. If, God forbid, another disaster befalls us that requires a new roof, they will be the first folks we call.

As stated, they performed as expected, based on several references of previous persons using their services all over the state, not just our area. Professional, organized, and thorough.

A salesmen from craftsmen came and met with us. He performed an inspection of our roof, siding, and gutters. He indicated that we had some storm damage. He said that there are no guarantees, but that in his opinion it would be worth bringing our insurance company out to take a look. We called Liberty Mutual, and they sent out an adjuster. To our amazement, he agreed with the salesmen. They paid for a complete replacement of our house roof, some repairs on an outbuilding roof, and a replacement of the portion of out gutters that were damaged. He did not find enough damage on our siding. But we were so happy with the process, and have hated out siding for the 2 years since we bought the house, that we hired and paid craftsmen out of pocket to replace all our siding. Wow. Now that the process is over, i just cannot express what a great job the workers did while they were here. Taking the roof off made a mighty mess! But they cleaned up so well that our yard and beds looked better when they were done than before we came. I would recommend to anyone who thinks they might have damage, or who just wants to work with a great company. One note, they were a little pricey (a little higher) on their quote for siding than some of the other people we talked to. So if you are super budget conscious, they are not the cheapest. But we felt we wanted things done right, and in the end, that is our opinion. That they did it right!

I had been in conversations with my Craftsmen rep ever since our meeting at my house and notified him, as he had requested, of the date and time my insurance adjuster would be at my house to inspect the roof. My Craftsmen rep personally confirmed the appointment and said he would be on hand. Well, despite all of the big talk early on about "being there with me every step of the way" and "dealing with the insurance company for me," my Craftsmen rep was a no-show when the insurance adjuster showed up as scheduled. I called my rep several times and left a voice mail for him while the adjuster was up on my roof. Finally, the Craftsmen rep actually answered his cell phone and and told me he would not be able to make it to our meeting. The insurance adjuster found minor hail damage to a mushroom vent on the roof and to a section of gutter on one side of the house. The extent of damage the adjuster found was not even covered under my deductable so obviously, he did not see anywhere near the damage that the Craftsmen rep had found. I was incredibly disappointed because not only did the Craftsmen rep stand me up, but he didn't even have the courtesy to call before hand and tell me he couldn't make it. I could have rescheduled with the insurance adjuster! I am not a roof expert and I was really relying on the Craftsmen rep to be up on the roof with the adjuster to point out all of the damage he had found the week before. Now, I have no idea who is telling me the truth! In fact, his excuse for missing my appointment was that he had food poisoning the night before. That's about as good as the dog eating homework. So, BEWARE of this company! They talk a big game but when it comes time to stand beside you, they're no where to be seen! I missed a lot of time from work because of this and I almost recommended Craftsmen Restoration to do work on a much bigger project in the area. To the Craftsmen rep's credit, he did offer to come back out and be on hand for another insurance adjuster inspection if I requested a "second opinion", but really, who is he kidding? Fool me once...
