They were very efficient. However, they damaged my gutters and have not followed up regarding this. This job was in excess of $50,000 and was paid in full when the invoice was presented. We found many nails in our flower beds as well as in our yard.

From the initial contact with Roofsmith, Nate was absolutely wonderful to work with. Initially I contacted him to have some missing fascia and soffit replaced. After further communication regarding the roof, he completed an inspection, reviewed the results with me, helped with claim filing, and kept me informed of the schedule. He was great to work with, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all my questions. The roof was completed in one day and looks fantastic. I definitely recommend Roofsmith and am using them again for a roof replacement on another property.

During the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

I highly recommend RoofSmith Restorations for replacing your roof. Joe Hardy walked us thru the entire process and worked with our insurance company to ensure we were treated fairly. Joe was with our insurance adjuster for the entire inspection process. The crew was professional, they protected all our landscaping and our new deck during the entire process. They totally cleaned up after themselves and you would never know they were there the next day. On the final inspection they noticed a problem with our electrical connection to the house, which we fixed immediately. They went above and beyond in their service to us.

Very positive experience. the crew finished the roof in little more than one day. They were careful with the landscaping and cleaned everything up when they were done. The roof looks great. The salesman Joe Hardy was great. He worked with out insurance company to get us this roof. He was courteous and always available to answer questions.

He talked with my agent, met with my adjuster and kept me informed during the entire process. Jason followed up and made sure that I was aware of each step of the process. Jason Regec was an outstanding insurance specialist and roofing project manager. He handled everything through my insurance company and got our roof siding and gutters replaced for free. His knowledge about current industry standards, and his patience with me and my questions was phenomenal! Roofsmith replaced our roof last year after getting the insurance company to pay for the replacement. We were very pleased with the quality of work as well as the cleanup. Also Daniel was great to work with. Very helpful and informative!

When I called I explained I had a small job. I asked them do they do small jobs and they responded, yes we do. The service man came out, took a picture and called his office. 10 minutes later he provided me with a verbal estimate of $500.00. At best the cost should have been in the $200-$250 range. They were asking for double for what a fair cost would have been. Caution...check with other contractors before hiring these folks.

Our Roofsmith Restoration Representative (Joe) handled basically everything as far as calling our insurance company and meeting with the insurance adjuster. Overall, everything went very smooth and we would highly recommend - great experience. In fact, we have already referred our Roofsmith Restoration Representative (Joe) to neighbors and family. Only compliant would be the roof cleanup was pretty sloppy and wasn't as thorough as we would have liked. However, Joe did return to run the magnet over our yard one last time to find any leftover nails/staples.

The salesman came out to the house the same day we called and quoted the job. He was very professional. We hired them and the guys came out in less than 2 weeks and put up our gutters. They were awesome! Highly recommend the company for gutters. We had some disconnect with trying to call the office. One day the phone said it was disconnected for over 4 hours. We were told that the phone is through the internet and it happens without them knowing. They are able to call out still and are unaware until someone tells them. When we couldn't get ahold of them we contacted them on Facebook and received a call back shortly after. Definitely will use them again!

Beyond pleased! I couldn't have envisioned a better experience with a contractor! Jason Regec went above and beyond from start to finish and the crew was phenomenal as well. I give them my highest recommendation!

Horrible , 30% of our new roof needs to be redone

Met Daniel at the Akron Home and Flower Show 2/26/16. Made an appointment for him to come out and see samples and discuss the metal roof project on 3/5/16. He can out and said he had to come back the following week to do measurements and he would then get back to us with a detailed estimate and we are still waiting?! WOW Business must be good to just ignore potential customers!

I called the company and reached the owner. Very responsive and professional over the phone. We scheduled a time for an estimator to look at leak located on the back of my house. Two days later the estimator showed up (late) with two other men. The estimator (Tuan Duong) quickly diagnosed the issue; lack of flashing along back gable. He nailed a tarp in place to protect the house from any further damage. I committed to Roofsmith Restoration completing the repair and signed paperwork. I was told it would be two weeks before a crew could be at my home. With the rainy weather up to this point, I understood the delay. Two weeks came and went. No call. I gave them two additional weeks grace because of the weather. I made my first call in mid-July. I called the phone number provided and selected "scheduling" since I thought my job needed to be scheduled. The woman who answered the phone said she only schedules complete "tear offs" and would send along a message to correct department. She said she was not able to transfer me. I never received a call. I called back a week later and selected the option for general customer service, no answer. I was transferred to a woman's voicemail (Ashley?). I left a message asking for a call back on how to best proceed. No answer. I waited another two weeks and called a third time. This time, I selected the option for the company owner and the person I made the initial contact. No answer. Left another message that was polite yet firm in regards to receiving a call back regarding my roof. No answer AGAIN. Three strikes. I made my due diligence in regards to making contact when a customer shouldn't have to in this instance. What I thought was a seamless transaction has turned into a huge hassle. I now have a green tarp nailed to my roof, but no official repair. So unprofessional. I guess my $339 job wasn't worth the time after all. If you read this, move on and find someone else to repair your roof.

Due to the bad winter of 2014-15, many shingles blew off and the roof needed replacement. The old roof was 20 year Owens Corning shingles that lasted 27 years. I had called for estimates and 2 other providers came out, inspected the roof, and sent me a quote. The RR rep, Tuon came out, inspected the roof and said that I should file an insurance claim first and have the insurance company pay some or all of the new roof and created a quote. I was skeptical, but looked into it. I am very happy I received claim money for part of the roof and I researched RR and decided to go with them for customer satisfaction and they were actually the best price. The crew was Amish, started at 7:30 AM and was finished and completely cleaned up (never found one nail or scrap around the house) by 2:30PM the same day, 30 square installation. The roof was done perfectly, the neighbors were amazed by the speed and quality as was I. I highly recommend Roofsmith Restoration.

Roof work was fine. The only problem is that issues between the company and suppliers resulted in a mechanics lien being placed on my property even though I had paid in full and it has yet to be resolved.

Wow. They showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves every day, not just when they were finished. But best of all, the finished job just looks amazing. Way better than we even pictured. We are only using this company to do work for us in the future as long as it is something that they do.

Salesman was very professional. He completely a detailed analysis of the work that needed to be completed. He spent a long time up on the roof. He suggested that the damage was the result of a hail storm and that we should pursue an insurance claim. Craftsmen's business model appears to be geared towards insurance work. Based on other estimates, Craftsmen was significantly higher in cost, but since it was insurance work I was not inclined to question it. The team that completed the workcould have been better. I regularly had to follow up with the salesman about their whereabouts day to day. The team did not have a sense of urgency in getting the work done. The team brought their children to the worksite. However, in the end, the quality of the work completed was good. Two months after the work was completed, I received a letter from the attorney of a subcontractor to Craftsmen. They had placed a lien on my property due to Craftsmen not meeting their debt obligation. This puts in doubt to me the viability of this organization. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

From the begining to the end it went smooth Vince the salesman came out he was very professional went through all the details of the windows .windows came the 2 man crew very professional had all the windows replaced in the same day . Would recomend this company . After all was said and done it was nice to get a call from Vince to see how the installation went Thanks for the call and checking on your customer
