The project exceded my expectation .I was very, very pleased The men were very professional as well as the project. The men worked continuously to get the project done in a timely manner. The project and expectations were explained to me in detail prior to the project being started. I will defintely recommend to family and friends.

John was great to work with. We had John finish our 1,000 sq ft basement with bathroom, bar and living room area. He was very thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. He was in charge of the entire project including plumbing, framing, electricity, dry wall installation, trim, wet bar and installing our hard wood floors. I would highly recommend John to family or friends.

John and his team provided exceptional service. They were extremely professional and efficient in remodeling our basement which is now a beautiful extension to our living space. John provided many great ideas in enhancing our remodeling plans with the added benefit of a very competitive bid. I highly recommend this company, they are a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with.

John did a great job on our basement, was easily accessible, and very efficient. He and his workers did the framing, drywall, dropped ceiling and drywall ceiling, paint, electric, and tile and all of it looks great. A++

They did a fantastic job building a second story deck on the back of my house. The project was completed in a timely fashion and my house and yard were left completely clean. They showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with. I will have JP Grabenstetter Construction back for upcoming projects.

Grabenstetter Construction was honest, kept in touch, professional, and easy to work with. They interviewed me to see what I wanted in a deck, then drafted a drawing dealing with My ideas, then made a formal, frank presentation about materials, and pricing. During construction, Grabenstetter was very accommodating in alterations. All in all, it was a good experience and I have a great looking deck.

Its nice when you get a contractor that works with you on a project. These guys made great recommendations and the jobsite was kept very clean. The quality of work was outstanding!!! I would hire this contractor for all future projects!! Oh, and he hit the insurance estimate within $10
