I had a great experience from beginning to end. They were great about changes made during the project. The crews were courteous and professional, they always cleaned the area at the end of the shift. A weekly update on what to expect for the week was very helpful and exciting for us.

John had great ideas, was well organized and provided weekly schedules. His crew came when scheduled, very respectful & cleaned up each day! We hired John to finish our basement with a great room, game area, kitchenette/bar, full bed and bath. We could not have been happier how it all turned out! John's crew started in early February and finished within just 2 months time. Overall, it was a very good process working with John and his team - communication was friendly and prompt, deadlines were met and the prices he gave us were reasonable. Any issues that we ran into during the process were immediately addressed and fixed. Even his admin (Cheryl) was super friendly, responsive and helpful. We recently hired J.P. Grabenstetter Construction company for finishing our basement (~1100 sqft) and garage. We had a really great experience with John and his team. They were very professional and very easy to work with. We were impressed with the way John provided us the estimate which was very detailed with drawing and timeline. Also, we like the fact that John used to send email on every weekend to explain what to expect in the coming week. They finished the project within 6 weeks. John and his team made the project like a breeze. We never felt that we are having a major renovation project in our house. JP Grabenstetter Construction was referred to us by close friends after their basement project turned out exceptional, and we wanted the same for our basement. The entire process was extremely easy and budget friendly. Not only was the craftmanship top notch, everyone on John's team was extremely professional and courteous. Even the little things like making sure there was always paper down to prevent footprints on our floors and keeping a very neat and orderly workspace throughout the process, were extremely appreciated. As with any large home project, some unforeseen challenges arose--- but John was great at coming up with creative solutions without breaking the budget. This basement project could not have turned out any better!

The first time John stepped into our home I had a feeling we were good hands. His knowledge, expertise, and energy stood out. We were never pressured into signing a contract or paying any money upfront. Once we decided to go with JP Grabenstetter, a fully-detailed construction and payment plan was setup along with a start date! No details were left out and a trust was established.
