John and his crew did a great job with our basement. We pretty much had a blank canvas and through our initial consultation with John, he was able to transform our basement into a very nice, cozy family room with full bath. The job took a little over a months time to complete and looks amazing.

Had a bathroom addition and this team was outstanding. Getting alot of great compliments about the bathroom. Have recommend them to friends and family

I was very pleased with the quaility of work completed by this contractor. John kept me informed along the way as issues arose with obtaining the needed permits as well as when the work would officially begin and complete. He was true to his word and completed the work by my needed deadline. Cleanup of the work area was done professionally and we love our new deck addition.

John did an excellent job with everything, from the planning to completion. Was very professional throughout and my basement looks awesome. He was very accommodating in finding a time to get an estimate and then because we were just moving into the house he was willing to start as soon as I got the keys. He was very respectful with my house, and kept everything clean. The basement was finished two days ahead of schedule and looks awesome. I will be calling him when I decide to expand my deck.

JP Grabenstetter construction was a great choice for us. We would use them again in a minute. Everything from the design sessions to implementation was straightforward and painless. John did a great job to make sure we knew what was going on. Any decisions that had to be made he would help us decide if we wanted that (and left plenty of time). Some of our choices were also changed along the way and that was easy to work into the process. John is also up on the latest trends in design and technology, which always helps. Very thoughtful and detailed in his work. He also cleaned up along the way. Our basement is now like another house; fun for the whole family!

John was great to work with. We had John finish our 1,000 sq ft basement with bathroom, bar and living room area. He was very thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. He was in charge of the entire project including plumbing, framing, electricity, dry wall installation, trim, wet bar and installing our hard wood floors. I would highly recommend John to family or friends.
