John responded quickly to my first request by telephone. He arrived at my home on time. We have an older home(90+ years) so installing the ceiling fan in a bedroom was a bit more complicated than doing so in a newer house. He worked alone and accomplished the task in a timely manner. He also completely cleaned up any mess that was made. We are very pleased with the new fan/light. We felt the work was done very professionally. I was a bit surprised by the price for the job, but to be honest it has been a long time since I have had to hire an electrician to do any work in my home. John did accept the coupon from Angie's list which helped a little. I would recommend John for any electrical work.

John did an excellant job as always. He and I had a Mike Holmes moment with the front entrance light. It seems the people that enstalled my vinyl siding put the door trim over the junction box for that light, not code. Unfortunately, Angies List didn't exist then. Everything else went fine.

I had my main breaker go bad in my breaker box and I called about five differant electricial contractors and did not talk to a single electrician, all I was told was that they could return my call when they were available. I had limited electric in my house and from the way things were going I was going to have limited electric for days so I inquired about an elecrician from a friend of mine at work and he passed my information along to John. John called at roughly 0900, I explained my situation to him and he told me he would be there at 1100 and he was right on time. I showed John my breaker box and he explained what happened, what it would take to fix it, how long it would take to fix it and the cost. I told John that is was an extremely fair price and when could he start? John told me that he could be back aroud 1300 if that was o.k. and I told him fine that would work, I also asked if he needed any material money up front and he told me no that when he was finished I would pay for everything at once. John returned right on time and was very professional, well organized and clean. In less that the estimated time I had a new breaker box professionally installed and I even had the area cleaned as if he had not even worked in the area. I was very impressed with his work and his business manner; in the future if I need electric work done John Jordan is going to do it!! Jordan Electric, LLC is a company you can count on for electrical repairs!!

Home Heating replaced a 25 year old a/c unit. Problems ensued with activity interuptions on the computer, microwave, and a few clocks. The installer made two or three calls checking the new system. He felt the circuit breaker box had become wet and there was some corrosion evident. He suggested we call an electrician. We called Jordan Electric. John came, checked the circuit panel, made some minor changes, cleaned the panel, and tightened all the connections. We still experienced problems. John returned, called the city for permission to remove the lock on the exterior meter. He checked for faulty connections, cleaned, reseated, and closed it. Then he moved to check the supply line running from the house to the street . John felt all the possible reasons for the problems had been addressed, checked, and resolved. He asked me to keep him informed of any more problems. Any further issues will require Cuyahoga Falls Electric. Of course, we haven't had to run the unit since John's last visit. I am very pleased with the service Jordan Electric provided and have no hesitation in calling or refering this company in the future.

John was punctual, professional and thorough. He gave me some options of how I wanted the work done which I appreciated. He seemed to go the extra mile to make things perfect. He cleaned up after himself very well.His electrical work has worked perfectly with zero problems.
