Ken S. is a very friendly, personable gentleman. He was very thorough in his assessment and over all check of our A/C. He took all necessary steps to assure our unit is functioning properly. (I have a yearly contract with Jennings, so there was no charge for this visit.)

Very well. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Answered all my questions. Have always had superior service from Jennings. They installed a new air conditioner several years ago and a new hot water tank last year. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are the best in the area. You can always get great people for service and over the phone

Appointment went great. This was a routine service check ($160 value) that is covered by my service agreement. Ben Wilson is very punctual, courteous and knowledgeable about his work. While this call was for a regular furnace service check, he also provided me with a head's up for the upcoming 2020 business/law changes for the freon in my air conditioner. In past service calls, as well as this one, Ben has always stepped up to provide great service.

Ken discovered a couple things that needed to be dealt with, and with no extra expense. He checked just about everything you can imagine to make sure all the parts were functioning, things that I would've never thought of. He was very thorough in making sure before he left that the furnace was at it's peak! It turns out that some sensors were dirty, and that the thermostat that had been there quite awhile had three wires that were shorting out. The old thermostat was replaced with a new one at no charge! We had taken out a yearly maintenance schedule program, and everything was covered under that. We really enjoyed the folks at the office, we made a personal visit, and Ken who was very friendly, qualified and professional during his time with us. We appreciate the care that we received from all of the folks at Jennings!

Excellent service. Matt was professional and took the time to explain and show us the issues. In the end we purchased a new system as ours was 25 years old and inefficient.

Steve did a great job on this annual service call. He added humidifier service for a small amount and made a return visit to finish the job as the power went out during the first visit.

Ken Swank was our service man. We received a timely call to let us know he was coming and he came within 20 minutes of the call. He was pleasant, prepared and paid attention to not tracking in anything on his shoes. Did the furnace check-up, thoroughly, and tidied any mess. Was professional as has always been our experience working with Jennings Heating. They are awesome. We have been customers for many years and will continue to be for a long time to come.

The installers were not only friendly and efficient but they were trustworthy and honest. They went out of their way to clean up and haul away all of the trash and installed everything in the proper place that was proposed in the contract.

I love the service we get from Jenning’s Heating. We chose Jenning’s to do this job because years ago when our furnace stopped working, we just happened to pick them out of the yellow pages and they could have told us something major was wrong, but the service man at the time, told us it was a minor problem that he could fix. So he fixed it and the furnace ran for another 12 years! So when we needed a new heat pump I knew I was going to use Jenning’s again. They were great. They laid plastic down so not to track dirt in my house, they were polite and friendly, and they did a great job! I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Jenning’s!

Outstanding work. George was on time, professional, and skilled in his work. Jennings has handled all my HVAC services for the last four years and I’ve had them install both a generator and ac. They have never disappointed and typically exceed my expectations.

Outstanding. Robert was extremely personable and professional. Inspection was free, part of maintenance contract with Jennings. Cost was for worn out original components from 10-year old furnace. Robert showed me and explained each part and need to replace prior to doing so. Even used a more expensive part at same price as less-capable replacement component because none was available.

They come twice a year and they service our furnace and then they service out air conditioner. There was no charge, I’m on a contract that I pay $12 a month. It went fine and there were no problems. The unit is only about 6 years old, so we didn’t anticipate any problems. They did a great job.

They had put the old furnace in twenty years ago. There was nothing bad about it. I really can't say. They put the furnace in twenty years ago, and if I had a problem, I would call them. Since then, I got a new furnace put in from somebody else. They could have better prices. I might consider using them.

Scheduled an appointment. I was given a time window of 1-7 pm on a Saturday. I was told that someone would contact me when they were on there way. No one showed or called. I sat in the house for 6 hrs with no communication from Jennings. I contacted the office 10 minutes before 7 pm. A live person answered for the voicemail. She took my information and would forward to the on call person. No one called. The service call price is very expensive, $80 just to diagnose problems plus the cost of repair. Fee should be waived if you choose service.
