3 years ago, we bought a furnace from another company. From day one the furnace never worked properly. After 3 motors and 1 motherboard, we told the installer we need a new furnace. Through the aid of the ohio attorney General and Jennings heating, we got the original installer to replace the furnace. Jennings was there for us when we needed them and even lent us space heaters when we were being stonewalling by the other company. Even though ultimately they didn't get the sale, they were gracious and extremely helpful in solving our problems. We wish we had gone with Jennings from the beginning as I know we never would have had 3 years of h*** trying to get a good furnace. It is true that you pay for what you get. Jennings has been in business for ovrt 90 years with the current owner having this company for 40 of those years. With such kindness and service, I have no doubt they will remain in business for a long time to come.

Excellent service from Jennings Heating and Cooling. This is my go to company for all my heating, air conditioning, and electrical needs. Always get an email and phone call to let me know they are on their way to the house, and always within the time that has been scheduled. I continue to renew my maintenance agreement which covers the furnace maintenance and inspection in the fall and air conditioning in the spring. All of their technicians are excellent, but special thanks to Jean Palko.

Mark Tucker was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do. I won’t hesitate to call Jennings if I have any heating or cooling problems.

Tim Bowman suspected a gas leak in the furnace, which is still under warranty with a different HVAC company. He could have done the expensive repair himself, but he was honest enough to remind me the furnace is under warranty with the other HVAC company.

Levi our sales associate was cordial and respectful and was able to fit in our furnace replacement asap since we were without heat. Sean, Chris, and Dane the technicians were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We needed a furnace and AC replacement. They got the job done in less than 8 hours and left the work area as clean as a whistle. After they left we realized they had even made a minor repair in our bathroom that they noticed needed done. Very impressed with the whole Jennings operation and highly highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Perfect! In one day they removed and replaced our furnace and air conditioner. He was the lead and walked us through the operation of our new system.

After looking it over thoroughly Jennings technician Sean Palko got it running and cleaned it. Sean Palko did a great job and did me a great service in explaining my options and cleaning and inspecting my outside unit. I will definitely stay with Jennings in the future for my AC and Heating needs in large part due to his friendly, frank and professional communication about my system. Thanks Sean!

Things could not have gone any better. I have some knowledge of things like this and they were very thorough when explaining our options. Because of the age of the unit my wife and I choose to get a whole new heating and air conditioning unit. There was absolutely no pressure to choose this route and we are glad we did. Sean explained everything to us until he was satisfied that we understood it all. The only charge was for the service call and that will be taken off the price of the new unit. Portable heaters were supplied for our use until the new units could be installed.

It went very well. I am a first time home owner and have been living in my house just over a year. I want to learn about all the aspects of my home so while Brian went through the steps of checking the furnace he explained and showed each part he was inspecting. I learned more than I knew before even though it was the initial service check.

Jennings is a wonderful company to work with. Our tech, Brian, is great. Efficient, pleasant, answers questions. We have service plan with Jennings, did not have to pay for furnace check, just paid for new water panel for humidifier.

Gregg was punctual, professional, courteous. Appreciated his wearing a mask and covers for shoes.

Terrible - I had a 7:30am appointment with what I was told was going to be a SENIOR technician. I made arrangements at work to come in late so I could be at home. 7:45am - I got a call saying that the technician was on his way. I live less than FIVE minutes from their office. 8:15am - still no show. I called to check because I had to get to work, and I had to cancel. The only response I got was, "oh, sorry." Poor customer service. I know this company has great reviews - probably from customers who actually had the technician show up, and ON TIME.
