Perfect! The technician arrived on time, about 20 minutes after my "warning" phone call. I didn't feel that he rushed through it at all. He explained everything and was patient with my questions. I used an Angies List coupon. No problems getting him to use it, either.

Joe was prompt, neat, respectful, and thorough. I'd hire him again in a second!

Amazing AC service! I called on a Thursday for a new Air Conditioning unit to be installed, and they offered my choice of 4 days for the very next week! The installers arrived on time, were polite, neat, clean, and organized. The unit was installed, along with a new thermostat, carbon dioxide detector, and furnace filter, in just a few hours. The installers wore the little booties every time they entered the house and completely cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The reasonable price included everything - no surprises. I am so glad I selected Jennings.

Brian was on time, professional, knowledgable and polite. Covered his shoes in the house. Recommended the right filter for our furnace and provided the bar code so we could re-order as needed. For the a/c, he showed me the condenser and contacts; 14 years of use without maintenance to be replaced. Also cleaned the coils for better air flow. He took the time to show and explain what the problems were and his recommendations.

Ben troubleshooted the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable. Ben was very timely and professional at all times. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me. Would recommend to family.

Need new heat pump and furnace.Technician was Greg Browning, who was very good and friendly. He took time to show me what the unit should do but it did not do it. Recommendation a new heat pump and furnace. He set up the appointment for a estimate on a new unit. Very helpful!!!!

Furnace was not consistently heating. It was a puzzling problem that required more than one service call. Alex was able to diagnose the problem and is ordering parts. He will return to replace parts.

Scheduled the job over one day plus and managed to finish the work in one day by putting three techs on the project. Good quality workmanship, cleaned up afterwards, and put everything in the basement back where it was. Had a followup question on the new thermostat that was handled quickly. Ricky did a quick diagnosis of one problem and fixed another. Highly recommendeed

This is a top-notch company with which to do business, and I will continue using them. They are responsive to urgent situations and send qualified and helpful technicians. We knew the AC replacement was coming after a repair last year & had good advice then, not a pushy sales job at all. When we did the replacement this month they went above and beyond. Very professional staff and great company!

Called for an appt on Friday night, service tech (Ben) came on Saturday. Both the phone contact and tech were great -- professional and knowledgeable. Ben was wonderful and outlined realistic options for our 25yo unit without a hard sell for a new one. We replaced fuses and serviced for now, and will absolutely call again when the time comes, for furnace and AC work. Great representative!

Jennings was excellent to work with. They were really understanding and helpful while diagnosing our existing unit, and they were incredibly efficient in installing the new system. The company was very upfront about the process and all costs, and they were very punctual and friendly when they arrived. The work was completed even faster than we anticipated. We would happily work with them again.

We did not hire due to exorbitant installation quote.

Both guys were great but my basement steps will need painted and two need wood fill. They also made a pretty good size gash on the woodwork going down the basement. Black finger prints were everywhere which I guess is to be expected

Andy he did an excellent job with my furnace and air conditioning installation. He was prompt, courteous, and personable. He made sure that all my questions were answered throughout the whole process. It was evident that he is knowledgeable about his trade. Cleanup was excellent, also. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Very very well. Matt checked the whole system, determined the main problem, and took care of a couple of other problems that also presented themselves. I will call them again when I have the next AC/heating problem.
