Prepaid maintenance on air conditioner was completed and John found the condenser capacitor needed replaced. He completed the repair in a timely manner and explained that I should schedule an appt. early spring to add refrigerant. Jennings is very lucky to have John Fuller as an employee.

Our air conditioning went out. They came right out and gave us an estimate. It was a good price and we are looking forward to having it put in. But in the mean time, they came out and made sure that we had air conditioning so we were comfortable. That was above and beyond our expectations.

Dave H did a fine job for us. He was on time, professional, answered my questions, replaced a faulty capacitor on warranty and a new filter at a discount price. He made a few suggestions for our consideration but did not engage in a strong "upsell." We would be happy to have Dave H as a tech in the future!

My 12+ year old water heater died and started leaking some time in the night. When I discovered I had no hot water in the morning, I called Jennings Heating and Cooling. They were able to get a water heater delivered that morning and have it installed that afternoon. The installation was a bit more difficult due to the location of the water heater, changing from a short to a tall tank due space issues, and the requirement for including an expansion tank. A special thanks to Kim for getting the water heater ordered and delivered that morning so it could be install that afternoon. Also a special thanks to Sean P. for doing a fantastic job installing and getting everything to fit in the space. Their customer service is excellent!

They were professional and courteous. I just wish they came earlier the in day. He was helpful and patient. Overall, went above and beyond. Going forward, I would use them again.

Not well. Tech was unfriendly. Left with my furnace still broke. Gave me two expensive options to determine problem. I had another company out the next day. They had my furnace working that day and determined the problem was not major. I would not recommend nor would I use Jennings. In this case a second opinion saved us hundreds possibly thousands of dollars.

Robert was great. He arrived on time and explained everything that he was checking and why.

Horrible! Look at attached picture. I knew I was paying way more then the job was worth but wanted the best of the best. Boy was I wrong. Got the worst of the worst! My unit for a new AC system is not only outside but is a split unit so most parts are up in my attic inside. Jennings did not install the water drip pan properly and ruined my ceiling so we had to replace entire ceiling to be dry-walled and repainted. Then Jennings sends us a drywall company to use, Kodzev, that they use and he completely botches the job and gets paint all over my walls so now entire home needs repainted. This has been a nightmare. Jennings General manager, Mike, mentioned giving a partial refund for all the troubles and stress and loss of income of having to miss 8 days of work to be home for contractors which was a huge loss of income for us but when i asked about it a few weeks later he told me to talk to insurance company! Of course insurance company will NOT cover missing work and loss of income so thats another 1200.00 lost. I am so stressed over this situation and Jennings has handled it terribly. We have lost so much money over this blotched job!! Use anyone but Jennings!!

Excellent service from everyone we encountered at Jennings. They responded quickly after another provider failed to show up as promised. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us options for repair/replacement and were quick to help us in a difficult situation. Sean helped the process move forward and we are grateful.
