Description of Work: it was in the 90's all week and of course my air conditioner stopped working. i called 3 other places and was told there would be a 1-2 day wait. i called jennings akron, ohio and they sent a man out later the same evening . i am a stroke patient and in a wheelchair and have copd and couldn't wait for 1-2 days due to my health. i really appreciated their service. | no, i did not say anything to them about my health issues and they still came that evening. i can't thank them enough!

Description of Work: The repair personnel are very knowledgable. I use them for yearly heating and cooling checkups. Repairs are done that day. I know who is coming by photos and info Jennings sends to my email. The price they charge for maintenance |is very reasonable and any repairs are discounted. Description of Work: Cleaned and checked out to gas fireplaces. Both needed parts and we're not working. They were to try and locate parts and get back to me. After considerable time I called them and was told they were working on it and still have no working gas Fireplaces and I've had no return call about the status.

As Auria stated, We replaced a part on the furnace on February 18, 2014 and then had to replace another part on October 17, 2014, It is not known by Jennings Heating if the furnace is running well this year.
