EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. I ORIGINALLY CALLED FOR SIMPLE AUTUMN FURNACE INSPECTION. THE TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED A LARGE AMOUNT OF CARBON DEBRIS THAT SUGGESTED IT WOULD NEED FURTHER, SPECIALIZED WORK. HE DID AS MUCH CLEANING AS HE COULD AND PREPPED MY FURNACE IN SUCH A WAY AS TO MAKE IT SAFE TO OPERATE UNTIL I COULD GET THE OTHER COMPANY IN TO DO AN AIR-DUCT CLEANING. AFTER THAT WORK WAS COMPLETED, HE PROMPTLY RETURNED TO RE-SET MY FURNACE TO RUN AT FULL CAPACITY ~ SINCE IT WAS ONCE AGAIN SAFE TO DO SO.

THEY ARE THE WORST AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY THAT I'VE EVER KNOWN (IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB AND THEY CHARGED $194.00 FOR A SERVICE CALL AND THE GUY WAS ONLY AT MY HOUSE FOR 5 MINUTES). I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO PUT UP AN AIR CONDITIONER IN A DOG'S HOUSE.
