We have been using their services for about thirty years now. We find that they are very responsive and the workmen are pleasant. They come when they say they will and they clean up after.

The experience has been excellent. They are very good and conscientious. They are also very trustworthy. They put in two different furnaces for me. Originally I had a Pulse furnace, and they replaced that when they found out there was a recall on it.

We didn't need a furnace, but we did need a new air conditioner with programmable thermostat. We use them to service the furnace so we decided to use them for our air conditioning.

They did a great job. The installer was very very good he had to run quite a bit of gas lines and accommodated our needs along the way.

I called Jennings for a furnace check and also to learn about the Aprilaire humidifier and condensate pump that were attached to the furnace. Because it is the middle of winter and I just needed a check of the system, they couldn't book me for two weeks, which was okay. The appointment was for a 5 hour block of time (noon to five) and a promised phone call when the technician was on his way; they did call when he was 30 minutes away, at about 2 pm. The serviceman was very impersonal at first (he literally walked right by me without saying a word when I opened the door for him), but he warmed up as time went by and he thoroughly answered any questions I had and offered some advice and opinions. Maybe he's just shy. I have no doubts about his technical ability.

Jennings was on time for the appointment. Called me to indicate the driver was "on the way". The service technician was courteous, professional, and tidy. I needed to purchase a filter and gave me the price for installing it myself or having him install the filter. I chose the former and he in fact walked me through the process while he was working on the other furnace.

They're professional and courteous and their fees are very reasonable.

There was a piece that needed to be replaced. They did a good job of explaining the situation and why it needed to be fixed. They appeared to be a comprehensive service.

I called Don, he looked up old order for downstairs install, set up estimator for next day, and the crew of 2 installed it within the week. When the estimator came up with a plan to move the furnace that interfered with a door way I called Don who investigated and was able to work out a solution the same day. The crew was prompt, pleasant and careful. They would accommodate any suggestions and explain as much as you want.

Work was done very quickly. Strangely, the technician took longer preparing the bill than the actual work. He went to his truck and I waited and waited AND waited for him to return w/the bill. I then had to remind him that when I scheduled the work I had asked for the sr. discount. Well, he hadn't taken that off. So, the bill had to be re-calculated.

Excellent in all areas! I called several places, all "A rated" on Angie's List, regarding installation of a whole house humidifier and they were by far the least expensive. I scheduled the appointment and Larry, the installer, was right on time (a touch early even). He completed the work and cleaned up and showed me how to operate, even some "tricks" for best operation. He was very professional, courteous and thoughtful. He placed the unit in the most inconspicuous location, so it would be well hidden, but still very accessible. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks!

I've used them for several years and I like them. They are on time, knowledgeable, and they do good work. I will continue to use them.

Jenning's Heating installs Goodman furnaces. Research indicated that HAVOC professionals reported higher than usual problems with these type of furnaces. Therefore, we chose another company.

I called late morning. Serviceman had many appointments scheduled before me, but still came. Arrived at 7 PM and completed repair in about 40 min. company stayed in touch with me by phone to let me know when service man would arrive.

THEY SEEM KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SYSTEM. PEOPLE WERE ALL PROMPT, COURTEOUS, & PROFESSIONAL. SUPERVISOR CAME OUT PERSONALLY TO DOUBLE CHECK SYSTEM SINCE THE FIRST GUY WHO DID THE BOILER CHECK DIDN'T NOTICE THE FAULTY HOOK UP. THIS WINTER THE VALVE HAS NOT OVER FLOWED LIKE IN PAT YEARS-PROBABLY BECAUSE IT WAS FINALLY DONE RIGHT.

They failed to explain that a cracked heat exchanger could result in dangerously high levels of carbon monoxide. Also, the company indicated the exchanger was under warranty & that they would replace the furnace for $1000 since exchanger part was not in inventory. After we bought the house (getting $1000 from the previous owner to pay for heater), the company "found" a heat exchanger, but told us the front panel, which was not under warranty, would need to be replaced. Since that was not in stock, the only option was to buy a whole new heater ($3000+) from Jennings! Not very responsive- had to call back several times to get an answer on the heat exchanger.

I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW FURNACE AND AC. MARK TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THE NEW UNIT WOULD WORK AND ALL THE ADVANTAGES IT WOULD PROVIDE AS WELL AS GIVING ME A TWO PAGE ESTIMATE. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO BUY AT ANY TIME. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY.

DURING THE PROCESS, THEY FOUND THAT THE HEAT EXCHANGER HAD A PROBLEM. THE HELPED US DISCOVER WHO INSTALLED IT, AND HOW TO FIND IF IT'S UNDER WARRANTY, RATHER THAN TRY TO SELL US SOMETHING. I FOUND THIS TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY HONEST & PROFESSIONAL.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY POLITE, STRAIGHTFORWARD AND PROFESSIONAL. WE SUBSEQUENTLY HAD THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW FURNACE/AC AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND TOOK A GOOD DEAL OF TIME WITH US. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

SERVICE MEN WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT. AS I NOTED ABOVE, DID NOT CHARGE FOR MORE THAN A SERVICE CALL.

THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE TECHNICIAN'S PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE WAS VERY DOWN AND OUT. HE WAS ABRUPT WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW EVERYTHING LOOKED AND SAID "WHAT?" IN A RUDE TONE OF VOICE. HE DID OFFER SOME GOOD INFO ON HUMIDIFIERS TO HIS CREDIT. ALSO HE DIDN'T REVIEW BILL AND ALL STEPS HE PERFORMED FOR TUNE UP.

$92 FOR PARTS AND THE REST WAS FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 60 YEARS AND THEY ARE GREAT AT EXPLAINING A LOT ABOUT MY FURNACE. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. THE WORK TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF TO COMPLETE.

VERY COOPERATIVE AND RESPONSIVE. COMPETITIVE PRICE. VERY QUALITY CONSCIOUS. MARSHALL JENNINGS INSPECTED THE WORK AFTER IT WAS COMPLETED, FOUND A PROBLEM WITH THE WORK DONE (WHICH I WOULD NEVER HAVE FOUND) AND HAD THEM COME BACK AND CORRECT IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

QUOTED ON LENNOX BRAND. INCLUDED FURNACE CLEANING. SLIGHTLY OUTPRICED AND CHOSE A SLIGHTLY BETTER WARRANTY.
