They installed the air conditioner six or seven years ago. They are responsive. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They give a definite time when they are going to be there. Everybody is pretty friendly and seems to be pretty confident. They are a little pricey.

I paid $160 yesterday and $80 when they were here previously. They were fine and on time. They were fairly priced and did the job.

We had a lead, don't remember where. But they came out as soon as they could. The technician was friendly, and professional. He explained what was needed and gave an estimate. He completed the work quickly, and we have had no problem since. Very pleased with the service.

They installed a whole new unit on the outside which connects all the way to the furnace. They were very professional and did what they said they would do. Everything was done in a reasonable period of time which is why the job turned out fine.

They have been great. Overall it has been a good experience. Anytime we've had a problem we have called and they have come right back and taken care of it. We've used them for our heating system for a long time. We have a boiler system that is really old. They are a little more expensive, but they are worth it. We will absolutely continue to use them.

They came right out and fixed, and when the part that they installed bombed two days later, they were out instantly again. Every time I have dealt with them they have been very professional and responsive. They let us know when they are coming. I have no problems with them. I would use them again anytime.

I spent about $6000 on that service. The one problem I probably had with them was that the installation was sloppy, but they were very apologetic and this time they sent out a senior installer and also gave us a $25 gift card.

The woman answering the phone was curt and not very helpful. They wanted to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic on my current furnace and then another appointement for a rep to look at the furnace for replacement. My furnace was broken, I didn't have two weeks to wait on all that. I explained that to the office woman and she was annoyed that I wasn't understanding their proceedures. Needless to say, I didn't schedule work with them. If it turned out that I needed a new furnace they were not able to schedule that work to be done any earlier than second week of January. Seriously? No furnace over the holidays? ... ugghh.

Scheduling was easy, technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job. The only thing I have much of a problem was the price. I was informed up front that the service call was $125, but the cleaning was an additional $125, with the final bill coming to $230 with a $20 coupon.

The installation process came off without a hitch - the technician was very thorough. Approximately one year after the installation date, there was a minor problem. The company sent a technician to make the necessary repair, which was covered under warranty- it did not cost me a penny.

We wanted to put gas logs in our old wood-burning fireplace, which already was plumbed with a log starter. Jennings sent an estimator out to the house; he measured the fireplace and recommended several vented log sets from Monesson (we didn't need additional heat, mainly wanted flames that looked like a wood fire). We went with American Oak (value set) and paid a $150 deposit. About three weeks later, the installer arrived. He put the new burner, grate and log set together in about 1.5 hours, after first determining that the old 3/8" natural gas line feeding the fireplace was OK except for a union that needed to be re-doped. The new fireplace works great and my wife has now taken over the living room! We also had looked at Rasmussen logs from another vendor. The Rasmussen burner was nicer, IMHO, than the Monessen, but the cost would have been $750 instead of $650 for the job; also, the other vendor subs out gas line work and we wanted to be able to call one shop for any future repairs.

Jim Meyer and the team from Jennings quickly diagnosed the A/C problem in my new property, and installed a replacement unit at a great price with an exceptional warranty. I have relied on the company in the past for my current residence, and have always been pleased with the level of service. Their service contract really helps me to proactively keep on top of HVAC maintenance.

I have been very happy with their guarantee. Everyone who has been out to my home has been very nice and willing to explain things to me. There were three men out to my home at one point. They took the time to lay runners down so that they would not get the carpeting dirty. The price was very comparable with the other companies. They were absolutely punctual. I will use them again in the future.

The A/C unit was repaired and the repairman kept us informed of what he was doing and what we could expect in terms of cost. Work completed and the bill was exactly what was stated.

Everything has been fine. They are really good & their prices are competitive. I use their service contract & it has proved to be very good. I pay the annual service fee & they come out any time I need them to look things over. They are very responsive & I have been happy with their service.

The technician did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem ($70) and getting the inducer blower up and running ($50) without having to replace the part. These costs were reasonable and we were glad to get the furnace working. The cost to replace the inducer blower was quoted as $495. This seemed quite high given the cost of the part and the complexity of the installation (the reason I gave a score of "C" for the price). I decided to do it myself instead. I bought the part for $122.62 from an electrical store. I had my 15 year old son install the blower under my direction to see if it was as easy to replace as it looked. He removed 3 mounting screws, a hose clamp, a vacuum hose, and four electrical connections and then installed the new blower. It took him 15 minutes and I paid him $10. The proposed charge of $495 was way too high given the complexity of the job.

His service was fine. He also explained a few thing about how the unit works.

Great. Very professional service. We have had the same technician from the company before, so he was familiar with our system and its age. We had a pm appointment, and he called before coming. With the amount of work needed to get us ready for the coming winter season, I was surprised that we weren't charged more.

I thought that I should replace it because my unit was thirty-two years old. A man came out about a week after the estimate. He was very organized and explained everything very well. The man was very nice, even to the children that I take care of each day, since I run a day care. He even gave me a discount because I asked about a senior and Angie's List discount. He was supposed to give me another thermostat with the new unit, but mine was only four years old and I did not need a new one. He then discounted me for that, since he did not install the new one. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I will definitely contact Jennings again in the future for any additional work and would recommend them to others.
