I still use them. We have a service contract with them so I think the cost is covered under the service contract. On cost we have a service contract so there was no separate charge for it. We like the fact that we have the service contract. They're responsive. We typically have the same guy who comes over who is very nice & competent, and reliable & trustworthy. We had a different fellow this last time, but we usually have the same person come.

Everything went pretty well. There were two workers. They left the area nice and tidy. I would recommend them to a friend.

As always with Jennings Heating and Cooling the work went well, and was done when I was told it would be. The installers that came to the house were polite well spoken and cleaned up as they went about the installation inside and outside of our home, and when they left you would not have known they were there.

OK They pushed there scheduled maintenance program.

I was impressed from the beginning of the purchasing process to the final clean-up of the install. Nick and Steve, the installers were very professional and extraordinary during the install process. Every detail was looked after from the precise layout of the line set, draining lines, furnace and AC install to sweeping up the entire area and explaining the equipment to me. They even went as far as removing a bush from the AC install area and placing at the curb for trash pickup. I felt as if they did the same quality job as if they were working on their own families homes.

This is a service The man said it is for 10 years and if we have any trouble it's free of charge and they would come back in. It's a 40 gallon tank, I think that's what it is.

We have been using them ever since we moved here for 3 years. They checked it out and we didn't have anymore problems. This is a service they do because we have a contract with them. They respond very quickly.

It was a while ago. It was November of 2012. It cost $125. I would give them an “A” for everything. They were punctual and provided the service requested. It took an hour. All of them are so nice.

Work performed as promised, on time. Good quality. A little expensive but probably worth it.

I interviewed 5 heating/cooling HVAC companies. Of those 5, Jennings offered the most comprehensive estimate that included more than their competitors. Of the 5 their quote was second lowest in cost but included more.

I called after hours and left a message that was returned promptly. They showed up same day and quickly assessed our A/C problem and fixed it right away. They even saved us some money on our visit through their rewards program. We'd definitely recommend to others.

Estimate went well, but was higher than two other similar providers. Thus, I selected another provider.

They were good. They showed me what my problem was and why it was happening.

Ben was very courteous and did a good job. Our furnace runs more efficiently now. Also, as part of Jennings' furnace tune-up, Ben also checked the status of various aspects of our water heater, which was a nice plus.

I have a Paloma tankless water heater. I've been in this house 3 years, Jennings is the company that installed for previous owners (and they were listed on Paloma website as an authorized dealer/service provider of Paloma tankless units). I called about having preventive maintenance done on the unit (according to the service record sticker on the tank Jennings had done maintenance to the unit every year for 5 years after installation so I assumed it needed regular maintenance and they would be familiar with that model). They quoted me $79 (or maybe $89) for the service call and then $75 an hour afterwards. I asked how long it would take so I would know what cost to expect. They said they couldn't tell me how long it would take, and that they would basically follow the users manual guidelines for cleaning. I asked again if they really had no idea how long that might take, and they suggested I "google" how long preventive maintenance/cleaning would take - not the answer I was expecting from an authorized dealer/service provider. I did not go with Jennings, I decided to keep looking for someone that could give me a more definitive expectation on what my costs would be. And ultimately if I wanted to google how to clean my tankless water heater, I would do it myself.

Everything went well they are very professional, and I will continue to trust this company to service my equipment!

It went perfect! Best price and the work was done on the day schedules. We even made a deal with them for 1/3 down and miss the mail for it to hit the day of the work. Called them and they were VERY understanding! I t recommend them. If you are in the Akron area you have to call them first!

I trust them. They have been doing the furnace work since I lived here for the past years. They are very professional. They also do appraisal of the job.

I called to inquire about installing an electrical outlet for my dryer the woman who answered the phone was rude beyond words! I asked some simple questions regarding their consultation fee of $40 and she was nasty and interrupted several times. all I wanted to know was if we did not use the company is the fee refundable. I did not use the company at all. Very unprofessional!

On time, polite and professional. Have had Jennings as a preventive maintenance and cleaning service for both our furnace and air conditioner. Have been very pleased. Began our asssociation with Jennings in 1999/2000. In about 2011 had to have a new air conditioner installed. Jennings went above and beyond what I would consider reasonable. I was so happy with their performance I called the Better Business Bureau to put in a positive comment. Would not consider using any other provider. Have recommended Jennings to others when apprpriate. You will not go wrong using Jennings.

I would highly recommend then. The guy showed up was polite, courteous, and did a good job.

Actually, they did a good job, and I think when we had our furnace cleaned last year and we used another company and I don't know who they were, I think if they would have made this repair, it would have been much better. Our furnace is functioning much better and is quieter. So, we needed the repair. It was some motor that needed to be replaced. I'm sure we will stay with Jennings. We had used them in the past. Last year, I think they couldn't get them when we needed them to come and clean the furnace for the yearly thing so we went with someone else. They're reputable I think. It worked out very well. They came out very quickly. We had that all taken cared of.

They came out to clean the unit and when my husband replaced the filter over the weekend he noticed that it was still very dirty on the inside. This is actually the fourth or the third time that we used them since they installed it.
