Jeff The Plumber

They came in a timely fashion. Everyone who came in to my home to work was friendly and personable. They worked hard and I thought the rates were reasonable considering the amount of work they did and the way it was done. They tried to save money where they could. When what they thought was fixed wasn't, they fixed it at my convenience. The only problem I had was that it took them a long time to get me a copy of the bill. They told me how much it is but the problem is just the paperwork and not getting it done in a timely fashion.

I had a very positive experience with him. It was sort of an urgent situation and they responded quickly and fixed everything that another company had messed up. I got them off of Angie's List. They were very good, polite, and professional. Their prices were reasonable and they were compassionate to my dilemma. They said they would put it right in. I live in an area where there a lot of septic and wells. They were helpful and advised me what to do regarding my other experience with another company. They backed up what they told me and agreed to put it in writing too. I would definitely call Jeff The Plumber for anything now.

The plumber cleared the clog in the drain, he arrived in the time frame estimate and did the job for the price he indicated upon arrival. Cleanup was professional. I honestly thought the stopper repair should have been easy for him to perform as well.

Jess got here on time, have used Jeff the plumber before and have always been satisfied with thier work. He already knew what I wanted to be done so he got busy working on the list. When you have an old home it seems like everything konks out at one time. All jobs were done well and is nice to know who to call if we need a plumber again.

Came out to give me a estaminet emailed me the next day how much it would cost was out the next week to do the work very professional and kind. Would def use them again

I had a shower drain leak coming into the basement. Call 3 places and 2 place flake, 1 charges all crazy. They were the only one who didn't charge for an estimate or service fee for coming out. Guy Swingle from Jeff's came out gave me a estimate. They had a worker name Jeremiah who did the job. Jeremiah did a great job, was very nice and clean, knew what he was doing, and answer all my stupid question. Tested the drain and valve leak in the shower before he left, everything was fix and back to normal. He told me if there's any me more problem they would come out asap to fix it. Over all they did a great job. The only reason i gave them a B on reponsiveness is because i thougt they were same day service, they made me wait a day or 2 before they came out(had estimate on a wed came out fri morning for job). I guess that only implies if its an emergency or something. The B in Price is for me being cheap i guess. I don't know really know the pricing on plumbing so i cant give them an A, but it was really reasonable and fair but over all Jeff's did a good job for me, i would hire them again in the future.

When we had the leak, my husband called them and they said they were swamped so they couldn't make it like four days later but by that time things had gotten a lot worse. They came when they said they were going to come.

We were given reasonable estimates for all the future remodel work we are planning. Ron, (the serviceman), was very informative and forthcoming with answers to all our questions. The estimate was lower than all the quotes we received from other plumbing contractors, and the final bill was even lower than the estimate. The work on the faucet was completed in the time estimated and when he left, we couldn't tell he was even there. Except for the lack of the drip. I will definitely use Jeff the Plumber again.

The repair itself was done well, but he pulled a hairball out of the drain trap and threw it across a cloth stool into a wastebasket. The water on the hairball stained the seat of the stool. After they had left, we noticed a sprinkling of yellow granules on the bathroom carpet. They were hard to remove. These two items did not meet our expectations.

Jesse was here in about 18 minutes and did a good job. He cleaned the main drain and did the one under the sink, as well. He fixed it in about 45 minutes. He cleaned up his mess, too. I would definitely call them, if I had another problem.

I was working in my basement and opened a closet door in my laundry room only to discover water. I immediately went upstairs and flushed the toilet and went back downstairs to discover water pouring into my closet. I called Jeff the Plumber who I have used on many other occasions and within a couple of hours the Gary was there, replaced my toilet seal, went downstairs and checked to make sure the leak was fixed. I have always been pleased with the work and professionalism of the plumbers who've come to do work and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

A live person answered my call (placed the day after the Memorial Day holiday) and sent a plumber out to fix the problem within an hour an a half. The charge was $120 minus a $10 discount for the first hour to basically diagnose a plugged pipe and clean it out, but the plumber told me how to diagnose and fix this problem so I won't have to call him again, if this happens again. Very good, professional and friendly service!

I highly recommend them if you're looking for a plumber.

Went very well. He was on time, and was done in about one hour and fifteen minutes, diagnosing and repairing two things and taking a quick look at a third. Very friendly and helpful with my ignorant questions.

I called this company and they came out right away and fixed the leak so the painter could continue. He does great work.

He phoned to say he was able to get here early. He was on time. The work seems of high quality. He did leave solder residues on the floor and furniture.

Prompt response to initial call. Arrived on time. Worked very hard to limit damage to the ceiling where the pipe was located. Cleaned up area afterward. I have used this company previously to replace an outside faucet. I have been very happy with their work.

came when he said he would, charged what he said. I've used this company before with different plumbers. I'm chatty and so was he, but a bit too much about his penchant for guns.

5 p.m. came and went and no one came out or called. I tried calling them but there was no answer, they were already gone. They never acknowledged that they missed the appointment.

My first experience with Angies List and Jeff the Plumber was a good one. I had a broken connection where an outside down spout runs into the pvc storm drain line. In the rain yesterday some water missed the storm drain pipe, puddled on the ground and seeped into the basement. I completed what I thought was a temporary repair. I called the company this morning. The technician came out when they said he would, looked at it and said my temporary fix was a good permanent repair and didn't need any more work. There was no charge. He said just call them if I have any more problems.

The technician, Ron, was running late, but someone called to let me know and he showed up a few minutes later. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Checked out my tub and the basement plumbing. Snaked the drain, cleaned up the entire tub and gave me some advice on some other plumbing issues I have. He was done within 30 minutes!! Very satisfied. I would recommend Jeff the Plumber to everyone!!!

Rep was to arrive between 8-8:30 but arrived at 9:10. This was an issue because I had a business meeting at 9am that I had to start late. He advised the tardiness was due to a company meeting at the office. Otherwise, rep was clean, neat, answered my questions, and did the work without issue. Note that Jeff the Plumber was awarded this work because another Angie's List highly rated company's quote was for $2130 including a coupon that saved me $180 and Jeff's actually did one more 'job' than this other company!

We highly recommend him. We had not had any trouble with him. He is reasonable with his prices. His work is good. He didn't charge us an arm and a leg and had the job done within about 45 minutes, if my memory is correct.

On Christmas Eve our kitchen sink drains were completely plugged and eventually broke apart while we tried to take the trap out. After finding Jeff the Plumber on Angie's List, we called on Sat. morning and they immediately came out. Unfortunately he said the problem was too great to be able to repair that day as more pipes were broken in the basement and also had to be replaced. He said he would finish the job on Monday morning as we were expecting a large amount of company for the holidays. He finished the repairs as promised very efficently and in a timely manner. He tested everything to make sure there were no leaks. He also uninstalled my disposal at our request. We were very pleased with the competency and integrity of this company and the service person who came to our house and would not hesitate to call them in the future.
