Description of Work: Toilet was leaking at the base and had a crack from an accidental fall onto it. Came that day. Replaced the seal and determined the toilet did not need replacing. Also checked the seal on another toilet. They came that day at the time they said they would.

Description of Work: They replaced a shower and tub faucet, diverter and some pipe, as well as fixing a leaky seal on our toilet. They had to come back 2 additional times because the first time I needed to buy a faucet, then they came back and I purchased the wrong type, so they had to come back a third time. In all they were at our house 3 times, but only charged 1 service fee. They were always there when they told me they would be, were quick and accurate and tidy. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My floor drain was full of water from the washer. Called Jeff the Plumber and service call was she dulled for between 3-5 this afternoon. When they had a cancellation, they came early and cleared the main drain of tree roots.

Description of Work: I contacted Jeff The Plumber and talked to Jeff personally requesting work be done at my home. Jeff indicated that it would be necessary for him to come to my home and provide an estimate. He indicated a date and time convenient for him. After leaving work on the day of the scheduled appointment, I arrived at my home 1/2 hour before the scheduled time. I waited one hour for his arrival before I returned to work. I never received a phone call as to why he did not show up as scheduled. It certianly was a waste of my time. Needless to say I would never hirer this company to do even minor work for me.
