Description of Work: We use this company for routine maintenance service spring and fall for our furnace and air conditioning units. Always prompt and courteous. This year in doing the spring tune up, the technician pointed out a component just out of spec - working but possible future issue. I chose to have it replaced. We had had an emergency call last summer in the dead heat of August that the company dispatched a technician immediately and had us back up in a two hour period. Pricing has always been competitive, responsiveness is excellent and the service people are well trained and professional.

Description of Work: Had East Ohio Furnace come to figure out what was wrong with our humidifier. They were on time and very professional. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the new part ordered. Everything is running great and you would never know they were here!
