Description of Work: I had several things to be done. Leaking faucets, Leaking toilet flapper ball and some issues with pipe(s) leaking (of all places) behind the wall. Big Tom's fixed them all quickly and cleaned up any mess. I've used Big Tom's for one thing or another over the last 20 years. I never hesitate to call or recommend Big Tom's. I can trust them.

Description of Work: Friday night late with large party coming on Sunday-Kitchen sink gets solid clog. Called several plumbers with excellent ratings on Angie's list. Either did not come on weekends or non-responsive. Big Tom's had someone out within 2 hrs on a Sat morning and he snaked out drain, replaced elbow which had sprung a leak on our attempt to unclog sink, and gave info on some other plumbing work we have wanted to do for several years. He was fast, neat, clean. Protected all surfaces from messes. Did great job. Only downside is cost, but I guess they've got you on a Saturday.
