Another great experience with this company. I had problems with my furnace during the Christmas holiday, with a house full of visitors staying with me. (of course!) I called Bruce and he had a tech out right away to diagnose and fix the problem. Bruce called after the tech left to discuss my options and answer specific questions I had, about fixing my old furnace versus installing a new one. He gave me all the information on the new furnace he was recommending and I immediately hit the computer to do some research. All of the information that Bruce gave me was great, his recommendation, information about the tax credit, etc... We worked to be sure that I ordered the furnace before the new year to insure I received the tax credit. We had a few hiccups with the installation and his guys had to be called out to look at the new furnace (it was not operating properly). I understand that things happen during installation and the best you can hope for as a customer is that when you call, your heating company comes right out to help you. I can say that this was absolutely the case. In the end we resolved the venting and drainage issue that was causing the problem. Bruce called to follow up and be sure I was happy with the service I received and to apologize for the installation problems. I was absolutely happy with the service I had received. My new furnace is working like a charm. I will continue to use Beckwith for all my heating and cooling needs. My gutters were filled with ice and just fell on my AC condensers.... so I will be calling them again for an insurance claim repair!!!! I can also report that Myra in the office is a pleasure to work with!

It was excellent. The owner would come out and there was very good communication from the beginning. I had some concerns based on some of the historic components of the home and how we would do zoning. I've had some other HVAC companies and this was just a random find; it was unbelievable. The individuals were very courteous and respectful of our property.

Bruce (the company owner) has been WONDERFUL to deal with. His office staff is very helpful and friendly. He alerted them that I was due to call and that they were to locate him when I did return his call. The servicemen were also nice. They were in and out. One of the pipes was not attached inside the wall and they came back that same day to repair it properly. They apologized and it took literally 5 minutes to complete the missed pipe. I have scheduled the humidifier to be installed after the holidays and the price listed above reflects the price of the humidifier installed along with the other work completed. My furnace now needs to be replaced and I am having Bruce do that work as well. He is easily accessable, doesn't crowd you when you need time to make a decision and makes himself totally available for questions. I am glad we found this company!

I especially appreciate their thorough professionalism and their patience in explaining everything to me. They will not do any unnecessary work. I call them when I need the service they do not call me and I really appreciate this.

On a Sunday the furnace stopped working. I called the office and left a message to call me on Monday. I also called the emergency number and left a message. Justin returned the emergency call within 15 minutes and after discussing the situation we both decided to wait until Monday. Myra called from the office at 7:43 am Monday to let me know Justin would be at my house between 10 and noon. Justin arrived at 9:56 am. He was very polite and professional both in appearance and behavior. I showed him the furnace and by the time I got dressed and back downstairs he had located the debris and removed it. The furnace started immediately and he began cleaning up. After the furnace had run for a short period he then checked the vent again and removed a little more debris that had been sucked down when the furnace restarted. He plans on returning in a week to check the vent again.

They replaced the blower motor at a reasonable rate and then later that night I experienced more problems with the unit. They came back the next day and checked the unit and found a transformer had blown and despite the fact that it was a twenty year old transformer, they took the responsibility of changing it free of charge. They said that it could have been related to the first repair that they had done. In the event that it was their fault, they went ahead and replaced it. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They have serviced my heat/ac for quite a few years - always great service - no overcharging. This company is excellent - from office staff to owner to technicians.

Overall everything went fine. The installers were a tad young and their occasional lack of professionalism did not fill me with confidence, however, their work was inspected by their head technician after installation and the problems were apparently not their fault. The Aprilaire thermostat was not properly communicating with the Aprilaire humidifier and it took some time (five months and four visits) to narrow down and correct the problem. The new programmable thermostat is not as user-friendly (layout-wise) as our original Honeywell thermostat but the higher efficient system required the replacement. No other problems with the furnace and we're pleased with the purchase.

EVERYONE AT THE COMPANY IS FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL FROM RECEPTIONIST (MYRA) TO WORKERS AND OWNER. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, SCHEDULE AT MY CONVENIENCE, & DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEIR FEES ARE REASONABLE AND THE QUALITY EXCELLENT. THEY NEVER TRY TO SELL YOU ANYTHING YOU DON'T NEED.

ADAM, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, OBVIOUSLY TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND MADE AN EXTREMELY VALUABLE MONEY SAVING TIP. THIS WAS A NOT-QUITE EMERGENCY SITUATION WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM AND BECKWITH ACTED VERY PROMPTLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HEATING AND AC WORK.

WE REALLY LIKED THIS CO. BUT WE GOT AN OFFER WE COULDN'T REFUSE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. SALESMAN WAS ON-TIME, NEAT, PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, LIKED OUR PETS... THEY HAD COUPONS IN JBDOLLAR STRETCHER & GOLDCLIPPER.

VERY EASY TO WORK. HAD TO RESCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO COOL WEATHER AND WERE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE.

HE DIDN'T TRY TO TALK ME INTO BUYING A NEW FURNACE (I WOULDN'T SAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE IT WORTH WHILE)
