adam beckwith did a great job fabricating and replacing a furnace hose,something big dave should have done the day before when he was here.dave put the badhose back on then it split.adam took care of the problem. dave does good work, i don't know why he didn't replace it. now my furnace works again. harden clark.

Quite well, I was completely satisfied with the all aspects of dealing with this company, from a thoughtful low pressure realistic quote presentation to the actual work being performed. The installation crew was very professional and pleasant. They had a genuine concerned curtesy about the work they were doing in my home and I felt most comfortable with my choice.

The installers arrived with filthy tarps to place on the floor. One of the two installers appearance was just as filthy as the tarp he laid down, and I was the first visit of the day. They offered to match the work and price of the lowest estimate. However, I had to keep having them refer back to the lowest estimate, followed by the installer calling the company to see if he had approval to provide the item (eg...digital thermostat). They wanted to debate the price of the work and called the company again for approval. I was told they could not install for close to 30 days. When I decided to go with another company they all of a sudden had an opening. The entire experience was negative and I am disappointed as I had high hopes, due to them being part of Angie's List.

Called Beckwith HVAC to get an estimate on replacing my 12 year AC unit. We met with Bruce Beckwith and went over the options for the installation. Selected the Amana 16 SEER, 3 ton unit. We were impressed with the manufacturer's warranty, best in the industry.. Bruce is the consumate professional, honest and straight forward.. The technicians were attentive and polite. They did an excellent job of cleanup after the work was completed., I would definetely recommend this company.

Adam from Beckwith did a nice job installing the chimney flues. He arrived on time and discussed the work to be done. Him and another guy got busy and had everything completed and cleaned up in less than two hours. When he looked at an existing liner, we discovered it needed to be replaced, and they were able to arrange to come out the next day to do that piece. We enjoyed having him work in our home, and appreciated not only the professional work but also his good people skills. We will call Beckwith again for our HVAC service.

My air conditioning was not working. A different heating and air conditioning company told me the motor was frozen and could not be repaired. Before beginning his estimate for a new system, Bruce Beckwith looked at the air conditioning fan. When I told him what the previous company had said, Bruce decided to chech it out. He replaced a wire and my air conditioning is now working! I am grateful for his knowledge, skill, and integrity. I definitely recommend Beckwith to all.

Excellent work by technician David. Right on time, very personable; worked constantly for 2 hrs.; called in for the necessary replacement parts which were delivered quickly. Performed a very detailed and thorough inspection. Vacuum cleaned the furnace and soap washed the A/C condenser. Found a marginal capacitor on the A/C compressor and let me decide if I wanted to replace it. Cleaned up area well and was very professional. I received 2 discounts: Angie's list coupon and the annual service contract. This was an excellent customer service experience. I recommend Beckwith highly.

Everything has been working ok, I haven't had any problems. I got 3 bids and one was with the owner of the company. He spoke with my family and I and we were happy with him. They came in and got it installed and it has been working fine. They cleaned up after themselves.

The gentleman that came to complete the maintenance did a very thorough job. He explained everything for each test that he was running and showed me what was causing the noise that was coming from the unit. There is a flap inside the unit that once it gets going quiets down. He noticed I was installing the furnace filter incorrectly, he explained how to properly install. 100% professional

There was a motor (fan?) running, but furnace would not light. Tech arrived promptly, inspected whole system, found that gas pressure to burner had been set too high at installation causing rough ignition, eventually causing a safety switch to trip. He re-adjusted the gas pressure, reset the switch, started the furnace up manually, then checked to insure that it would restart from the thermostat. He then documented the problem thoroughly in writing, in case anything additional happened, and assured me that the furnace was safe to use. Completely satisfied
