Dave did a great job. Very conscientious about doing things right at a fair price.

If you have high end (Viking) appliances, they are the right people to do the job! The people Viking recommended gave me the runaround and the estimates were outrageous, but as you wish was reasonable, timely, reliable, and excellent with communication! They will be next call if the need arises again.

Dave arrived during the time promised. He called in advance to say he was on the way. He diagnosed my problem and he fixed it. He reassured me that should I have any trouble with the repair I should call the company back. Dave was friendly and very professional.

David responded within an hour of my request for a quote. He was in my area and was inspecting my washer within an hour. He quoted me a very fair price for the repair and was back the next day with the part my washer needed. He even tightened my dryer vent hose. Being able to repair my washer rather than replace it saved me at least $1000, probably more. Thank you very much David!

Dave was punctual, professional, and didn’t stop working until he had the installation of our dishwasher perfectly done. We also had him install our daughters dishwasher and again, he did everything he needed to do to get the job done right. We live in green and we would definitely hire him again.

Troubleshot the problem thoroughly, explaining as he went. Fixed the problem with the water line and cleaned and flushed drain. He charged less than his initial estimate.
