Dave was great, communicative and honest. Rather than replace an expensive part he recommended we get a new fridge. Low diagnostic fee which we were happy to pay. He was also at our home within 24 hours. Will definitely hire him again if another appliance goes caput!

Came over late and said it was probably the switch on the compressor he changed it and said wait 24 hours to cool down I called him the next day and said it wasn't cooled he came over and said it is the switch board and said he changed it and wait 24 more hours I told him maybe it needs Freon he said he doesn't do Freon checking my refrigerator still doesn't work

Called ahead to say when he'd be here and, by golly, that's when he arrived. Saying what you'll do and then doing what you said -- refreshing!

He replaced parts that come to find out didn’t need replacing due to not first checking the code the machine was showing on the code sheet that he never even looked at. He kept saying he’s been doing this for years and he just wanted to walk away and leave. I really don’t think he knew what he was doing. I had to have another repair man come out, Doug and the code sheet was the first thing he checked before doing anything. Doug advised us the code the machine showed was that it was the motor and not the other parts that were replaced unnecessarily. He then called me that evening while we were out for dinner to tell me the bank wouldn’t cash my check. I asked what bank because it was 6:30pm and the banks were closed and he said the ATM wouldn’t take it. That made me feel like he thought I gave him a bad check.

I really liked this company. We're old and have a Maytag washer out of the early 1960's. It is my pride and joy and has rarely let me down. Dave knew immediately what was happening when it stopped working. He was very informative, patient, respectful and price was reasonable considering today's standards. My husband is a veteran and 71. I will call him again if needed.

If you have high end (Viking) appliances, they are the right people to do the job! The people Viking recommended gave me the runaround and the estimates were outrageous, but as you wish was reasonable, timely, reliable, and excellent with communication! They will be next call if the need arises again.
