They were on time, very nice, and very honest. He looked at my washer and found the issue and told me it was not worth repairing. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend these guys!!

Contacted by Bryan Rambler approximately 2:30 PM and we set up an appointment for the following afternoon. Bryan called back around 3:50PM and said he could fit me in today as he was in the area. He arrived a little after 4:00PM. The issue was determined to be a bad heater relay, a $40 part. Bryan replaced the heater relay and the dryer is performing well again. The diagnosis and repair was about a 1/2 hour. I mentioned Angie's list and received a 5% discount. I thought Bryan was very polite and respectful.

He was very punctual (early in fact). He recommended that I replace the machine because that would cost less than to repair it and gave me an example of a couple who insisted he fix their machine with the same problem, even though he tried to talk them out of it, and how expensive it was. He was very professional.

Fixed these two problems BUT had trouble drying the next load of laundry. First excuse given was washer not spinning correctly and Second excuse was needed to have someone come and clean vent from dryer to roof. Still not sure why this has happened - wasn't a problem before they were here???

Brian arrived early and was very professional. He recommended that, rather than replace the defective timer, that it was a better use of my resources to purchase a new washing machine. He made no attempt to saddle me with unnecessary repairs. I appreciated the straight talk.

Transmission was bad and it was cost more to repair than to purchase a new washer. I would recommend this company. Bryan was professional, courteous, and friendly. Unfortunately it was more cost effective to buy another machine, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called in the morning and Bryan came out, found the problem and replaced it this afternoon. He was prompt, very personable, professional and reasonably priced! The whole process was quick and painless!

Before even coming out, they suggested looking at the breaker and turning it off on to see if it glitched. Once at our house, it literally took 29 minutes to fix because the technician thought it was a burnt fuse and it was. The whole thing went really smoothly.

I called Bryan and he quoted me the cost of a new hinge over the phone. Two days later he came and installed the new hinge. He was pleasant and efficient. It's nice to know someone will come within a few days to repair an appliance that you use often. Highly recommend.

My kenmore fridge quit running after only 3.5 years, so I called Sears. I scheduled an appt. for them to come out, the repairman called me when he was on his way, I told him what was happening with the fridge and that it was only 3.5 years old. He told me that before I paid for him to come in, I should know that it was probably the compressor and that it would cost $800, did I still want him to come in. I told him I needed to talk to my husband and would reschedule if that was the route we decided to take. Since the fridge was only 3.5 years old and we paid $2,000 for it, we decided to have it fixed, but I would try a local repair and see if it would be less expensive. I called a different appliance repair and told him my story, he told me he didn't work on compressors anymore, but suggested Brian at Akron Appliance, so I called Brian. As soon as I told Brian my story about the fridge, he asked me if I was sure it wasn't covered under warranty because he was pretty sure that Kenmores had at least a 5 year warranty on compresssors. So i checked my manual and sure enough, it was covered under warranty, I then called Sears back and scheduled them to come out to repair it under warranty. No one at Sears ever bothered to tell me that it was covered, had it not been for a call to Brian, I would have paid a lot of money for a repair. He didn't have to tell me that and could have had a large $$ repair for himself. I appreciated his honesty and should I ever need an appliance repair that isn't under warranty, he is the first person I would call! Thank you, Brian!

It went great. Bryan not only repaired the part he was called to assess but he troubleshot another problem that was inhibiting our dryer to function properly and had the parts to replace it. Bryan was very professional in all of his actions from the time we called until the job was complete......plus he liked our dogs(-: We will definitely recommend his service to others and most definitely call him again should the need arise.

The first time Bryan came out, we were getting no ice at all and he was not only there the same day I called, he fixed us right up. The second time, still because of the ice maker but a different issue, he was, again, there the day I called. (Did I get lucky, or what?) This time he had to make a few trips due to different parts needed, we played a bit of phone tag, but he ultimately got us fixed up again. We will recommend him to everyone we know. Bryan is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He even laughed politely at my silly jokes. Finding his repair service has been nothing but a win/win for us and he'll be the first one we call should we need an appliance repaired in the future.

Brian arrived in the time window we had scheduled. He knew what was causing the leak and had the Samsung defroster tube repair kit. He installed the new defroster tube and removed the accumulated ice in less than a one hour. The leak has stopped and the freezer drawer is like it was new. A totally successful service call. I called and left a message for Akron Appliance Repair in the early morning. Brian called back within 30 minutes. He asked a decent amount of clarifying questions and was able to fit me in the same day for service. Brian was able to arrive earlier than expected and brought many different parts that he thought might be applicable to fixing our refrigerator. Brian was able to troubleshoot the issue and had the part needed to fix the fridge. He was able to fix the refrigerator in a timely manner.

My son was home; he witnessed the repairs.

Added me on at the end of the same day that I called. Polite, professional. After my initial call, Bryan picked up the part he felt I would need which saved the time it would have taken for a parts run.

The service representative I spoke with stated he was in the area and could come to repair the dryer an hour later. He arrived as expected, was extremely professional and friendly, and I was able to use my dryer that evening. I mentioned that I found them on Angie's List and he provided the discount that they advertised for Angie's List customers. Their "A" rating is well-deserved. I would definitely call them in the future if needed and would recommend them to friends who needed appliances repaired/serviced.

Great, was on time, very friendly and honest, we didn't get a repair performed however because it cost more than the washer was worth. So I paid for the service call which was affordable. I forgot to mention to him after I had paid that I had a $10 Angieslist referral coupon and he mailed me a check for $10 within a few days. Excellent service that we will keep in mind next time we need a repair!

Bryan was great. I appreciated having a repairman in my home that was clean cut and well mannered. He did a great job. He had to run to a supply house to get a new motor for my dishwasher but it was done in less than an hour and half. I would highly recommend him.
