I called and described the problem to Brian and made an appt. He gave me the date and a 2-hour time window for his arrival. He arrived in the window just fine. I further described the problem. He noticed another as well. He assessed it and gave me a good estimate of what he thought it would cost. Excellent work. Very professional and went out of his way to make sure we knew the issue and how he was progressing. Old part proved difficult to remove but the issue was resolved extremely well.

I called on a Wednesday-the tech came on Thursday!! He had to get parts so he came back on Saturday and completed the job. Torrian (tech) was very professional-and nice!! He explained to us what was wrong and showed us the bad parts. I will definitely recommend this company to others!!
