Description of Work: Annual inspection and "tune up."

Description of Work: This was a check up on a new AC unit installed for us. The unit was making a noise I didn't expect and asked them about it. They promptly sent someone and it is just a little settling noise and was fixed promptly. The tech also checked coolant levels even though the unit was installed 2 weeks ago. I have used A to ZOFF 3 times and everyone I came into contact with has been extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: My air conditioner was running, but not cooling. The unit was approx 16 years old. I called A to Zoff on a Monday. They were able to come to my house on Tues and diagnose the problem. They were on time as scheduled, and called when they were on the way. The technician took the time to find out what the problem was and explain it to me. He also explained what it would take to repair the unit and give me an estimate of the cost involved. Due to the age of the unit and expense of the repair, I decided to replace the unit. He also noticed the filter I was using due to allergies and asthma. He gave me some options for a filter system as well. They were able to install the new air conditioner on Friday of the same week. They were here on time and called when they were on their way. They put down a drop cloth in the hallway so they would not track dirt into the house. They worked all day in and out of the rain. The unit is installed and working great. I was very pleased with the work. They made the process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them and will call them for future maintenance.

Description of Work: I found this company when I joined Angie's List after 3 unhappy experiences with estimates from others for replacing my central air conditioner. My first contact with the person answering the phone was courteous and pleasant. This is a family-owned business and the family member who came to give me the estimate was a pleasure to work with. Could answer any question I had. No sales pressure. There was a 5% Angie's List member discount. The installation was done within a week. Installers were on time, skilled, efficient and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and taken away and so far everything is working perfectly as it should. I would definitely recommend this company.
