Very thorough and informative. Was on time and performed the work to determine the extent of the mold, including lab checking for kind of mold. After getting the lab results they returned to kill the mold. All work was done on time and my satisfaction. Their work is guaranteed and warranted.

Scott did not get appropriate access to the property prior to the scheduled inspection which required us to come back later in the day to complete it. He also, unprofessionally, knocked on a neighbor?s door in his attempts to reach someone with access. His overall report was fine though the photography was not always clear when documenting an issue. The mold inspection was a visual examination not a mold spore test.

Did a wonderful job! Came to take a look and get a sample the same day I called. Two days later, we were able to schedule a removal. Within a week, the problem was completely eradicated and for a great value. Would 100% recommend.
