Scott did an amazing job explaining the situation and how we could safely remove the mold.

Scott was fantastic - knowledgeable, fair, punctual. We asked Scott to remove mold from our basement following a home inspection. Scott was extremely helpful during the process, he explained the work he would complete and was available 3 days after the estimate to complete the work. Added bonus: he was the lowest of the 3 quotes we received by OVER 60%!!!! Scott came to our home over the weekend to work around our childrenâ s schedule and sent us a report the following Monday. We will be contacting Scott to perform our next home inspection.

This an owner/operator business. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, personable, polite, and responsible. He evaluated the mold issue in my house and provide a speedy solution. He sampled the mold and had it analyzed. He came back a week later to spray the affected area to knock out the mold and prevent it from returning with a 5-yearvwarranty. He even agreed to show me the issue in my attic and made suggestions about the possible source of the moisture before he treated the mold so that I might have the moisture issue taken care of. I would highly recommend Security First to handle any mold issue.

The service was fine except - obviously the most important thing about mold is is it dangerous. Security First's contract specifically states that they can't tell if it's dangerous. They identify the mold and then I have to ask my doctor.
