I was contacted by Scott very promptly and was able to make an appointment within days. Scott did a thorough investigation but did not find any mold in my home even though I tested positive for a Gliotoxin Derivative. I wish he could have also offered a test for possible mold in the air.

Scott Roop, Security First Home Inspections, 419-604-2716, contacted me and was very thorough over the phone prior to evaluating the mold in our home. He gave us valuable information, collected samples of mold from our basement, and sent them to the lab to be tested. In addition, he inspected out entire home for any growth of the mold and pointed out areas that could have been the cause of the growth. Three work days later we have received the results and now can proceed with eradicating the mold.

Scott was thorough in his inspection. He explained what he was looking for and we discussed possible problem areas. I know my way around a home pretty well and I even learned a few things from him. He did a mold test for us and we had results in 3 days.

This was nice to have but did not meet the intent of what i needed done. I have a leak i know i have a leak, i know where the leak is. I needed an estimate to fix the the roof and the leak.
