Scott provided a thorough inspection of a mobile home I was interested in buying. Found lots of mold and bees, so decided not to purchase. Glad I hired him.

He was nice, professional and explained what he was doing.

The inspectors repair cost was not realistic.

Scott was very knowledgeable and proficient with my home inspection. He made sure to explain to me any deficiencies he found, as well as why they were substandard and what would need to be done to bring them up to par. He was very friendly and personable throughout the entire transaction. If I would need these services again I will not hesitate to call him, or recommend him to friends or family.

The location of the mold that the expert supposedly found is non-existent, as well as the picture he took in complete darkness. I'm not sure if this guy is a scam artist, or just plain crazy. Don''t waste your $200 and find a good maintenance man to look for you. Updated rating - came out a second time to make sure that the job was complete, and I was very happy. When the SP first called me, it was late at night, and I did not know him, and placed the rating too soon. I now know that he completes his jobs, and is reputable, he came out to make everything to my satisfaction.

Scott was extremely thorough, went through everything and was extremely nice!

I would recommend secruity first to anyone! Scott did an excellent job walking through the house and pointing things out to us. He also took his time explaining the items and pointing out issues we may have down the road.

I was called back on the day I expressed interest online. He came the next day I think and I felt that he was thorough and informative. The mold lab tests are expensive, $50 each but I wanted to know what exactly we were dealing with.
