He was very thorough and professional. Identified previously unknown serious problem of large hole in roof. Did a temporary fix that stopped water from entering the house till roof till new roof was installed about a week later.

He was rushed. Didn t show at the appointment time so called to see if he had trouble finding it and he forgot completely about my appointment. Rescheduled later that day and was over 1/2 hour late. He rushed through the entire inspection (done in an hour..) and said I would receive my report the next evening. I didn't. I had to call the day after I was supposed to receive it and he said that he sent it though when I finally received the report the date on the document contradicted his story. First time home buyer learned my lesson. Nice gentleman, not very professional and not thorough. Almost like he was trying to get it Over with

This was a terrible experience overall. I had to initiate all contact, including when the inspector needed to change the time by delaying our meeting by 2.5 hours. Had I not contacted him when I did, I would have been waiting forever. The inspection was so-so. We had to point out concerns to him, like a very obvious hole in the basement. Then, when we tried to get our report, he told us no later than 1.5 days and to contact him if we didnt receive it. Well, we didnt receive it until nearly 2 additional days later, nearly causing us to miss our window for submitting our inspection documents.

My mold issue was fairly simple - just spraying of baseboards and doors. The service man was in my home for less than 3 hours and my cost was over $3000. Total materials used was approximately $100 . Very expensive for this service.

They saved me from severe hidden issues. The Inspector found problems hidden by the seller and not disclosed to me or the realtor. Very very thurough inspection he missed nothing at all. You cant go wrong hiring this place.
