Showed up, quoted job, asked for deposit, it was given, and they said they would be here next week to complete the job. Never called, never showed up.

Val & workers did great job.removed old asphalt roof & replaced 9 boards that had water damage.replaced dryer vent & hot water tank vent.When doing dryer vent cleaned out the vent which was partially clogged . above & beyond. Cleaned everything up.Finished sooner than I expected. Very nice & respectful . Price was reasonable.I will hire them again for other jobs as needed.

The gentleman was 1st class. Val was very knowledgeable. He showed me his concern & how he would go about repairing the brick steps. he is very smart.

Val was very responsive to my inquiry on Homeadviisor. I was looking for a contractor who could replace/rebuild the deck and also replace the facia around the perimeter of the house. Val provided a detailed consultation and prepared the estimates the next day. He gave us several options which we discussed. The work started as agreed upon and was done very quickly with his workers putting in long hours. The workers were professional and left the work area clean. We are extremely pleased with the way the deck and facia were completed and would recommend Upstate Home Improvements LLC as Val's team is very qualified. and pleasant to work with.

Val was very quick to respond to my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. He came within a couple of days to look at my current deck and I had an estimate the next day. I live alone and have no experience in any type of construction and I voiced this concern to Val. He assured me the price and workmen ship would be honest and of top quality. It could not have been truer. The quality of the work is outstanding and he stayed within the price that was quoted. They were done within a week, cleaned up every day before they left and the guys are the politest group of guys you would ever want to meet. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. I now have a quality deck at a reasonable price that I love. I will call Upstate for all future projects.

Start date proposed was reasonable with a minimal wait. The workers were polite, respectful, and extremely skilled. They finished the quality job in one long day of work. They cleaned up meticulously and hauled off all the old wood and scarp materials. Highly recommended!!!!!

When the wind tore several shingles of the roof I knew I was getting a little old to be climbing on a very steep roof 30 feet off the ground. Val came right out, made the estimate and we planned on doing the repairs in a few days. Imagine my surprise when my wife called me at work the next day and said they were almost done. From start to finish professional, quality work, excellent communication and a pleasure to work with. Extremely pleased. Most definitely my go-to for projects beyond my abilities.

I needed my siding done on the back of my home due to poor installation by previous owner and high wind damage. Val came over to give the estimate and explained why and what was wrong with it to begin with. And as to what needed to be done to correct the situation. I felt that the bid was very fair as it was only slightly higher than what my insurance quoted me only to avoid covering any of the repair cost.
