Description of Work: Purchased the $299 Angie's List annual contract for pest control service. We had an ant problem this spring, and even after the initial treatment was done, we still had some ants. Suburban sent someone out promptly to do another treatment, and we haven't had any problems with ants or other insects since.

Description of Work: We had bed bugs. They sent an inspector to the home. He checked all around and then i agreed on the plan of action with another representative. They came the next day and spent almost the entire day. They were professional and thorough. Of course the proof is in the pudding and the question is whether they come back. At this point I am quite satisfied.

Description of Work: Prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. Initial visit was to assess possible mouse infestation around and in our house, as we had seen mice near a neighboring building, and then to place bait traps. Follow-up, including rebaiting traps and 2nd inspection of our basement, was included several weeks after initial visit. We think they got 'em! I feel we received good value for the money spent.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for wasps removal from inside my back wall. Yuck! They estimated over the phone that it could be a 600-700 job. When the manager came, he looked it over and did not try to scam me. He told me straight up that it would be easy to rid me of the pests, and only be charged 275.00 I wanted a yearly service so he reduced it to 225 with an annula sevice fee of 450. Neat job, clean, a little late, but the worker claimed he had a big job that he couldn't stop. Overall, a great experience with them. No more bugs after one day.
