I’ve found the actual treatment people and the office to be very efficient and professional.

Crew came to remove Hornets nest. The supervisor explained exactly what they were going to do and what to expect in the future. We are now worry free and extremely happy with their service. I would absolutely call them again if needed. I highly recommend using them for wasps, hornets etc.

My tech was great very thorough and informative, let me know what I had to do on my end to help with getting the rodent issue under control. Saw an immediate improvement first two weeks but he had let me know it would take some time to get it under control. Also I had been shopping around before I chose suburban and someone was cheaper and when I call suburban to cancel they didn’t only match the monthly price the beat the initial cost for the first service. A manager said she did not want to loose me as a new customer which I thought was great.

We had another exterminator for the last year who kept coming to spray, yet ants kept appearing in our kitchen. First time that Suburban Pest technician came to our house, he found an ant nest right outside our kitchen door. The technician returned the following and a week later, the ants were gone. Super competent exterminators, I highly recommend and will keep using them.

The Exterminator that serviced my apartment was kind, polite, not in a rush. Was knowledgeable, explained everything, educated me. Super nice and professional. Nothing to do with other exterminators that are in rush to finish and don't feel like explaining things or educating people. I was very satisfied with this services.

We just moved into our home a month ago and recently found mouse poop in our kitchen. I called Albert at Suburban Pest and asked if they could come out same day. My tech was at home home within 2 hours and was incredibly thorough with making sure we knew where the mice were coming from so we could keep them out of our home for good. I'm so glad I signed up for their annual program so that I don't have to worry about mice or bugs. Thanks Suburban Pest!

Suburban Pest Control is wonderful. Initially, we made the mistake of going with a large national company to treat a termite infestation, and the first guys completely missed the fact that termites had infested a crawl space beneath our house. So termites continued to eat our home for a year from when the first company serviced us, due to their ineptitude. When Ralph from Suburban Pest Control took over, he and his staff immediately identified the source of the problem, treated it aggressively, and kept us informed every step of the way. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of expensive and completely unnecessary stuff like the previous company did. And they are here in a timely manner every month to check the above ground baits. We really trust them, and feel like they have our best interests at heart, which is not easy to come by with service providers. We are very happy with Suburban Pest Control's service and professionalism, and we highly recommend them!

I moved into an old house three years ago only to find there were both mice and bugs. I’ve since used Suburban. The mice are gone, but I use them to spray for bugs every couple of months. They also removed a bat that found its way into my attic and was stuck in a glue trap. The workers are very professional and usually the same guys come to my house so I am familiar with them.

I used to have mice and now I don’t! This company really knows how to control pests in and around homes. Their work is professional and affordable.

I used this company for 16 years and what happened today was disgusting ! 1. I had an apt from 10-2 - at 2:30 I called to follow up they changed it without even asking . 2. The tech called me ; I told him call me when he arrives . He took it upon himself to open my closed gates and drive on my newly sealed driveway ! Ruining it 2 hours old !!!!! Then he parked across the street . I gave permission to come to complete a service never to park in my driveway or open a closed gate how dare he . 3. Contacted Ken the owner , he stated this is on me ! My gate was closed my property damaged by his staff and it’s on me . I took away my four accounts and will tel everyone about my experience ... shocked and disappointed ☹️

Stephen Russell, the Service Manager, is an exceptional and responsive communicator. Manuel, our technician and Jorge, the inspection tech were courteous and performed their tasks calmly and without supervision. The subscription prices and initial costs were quite reasonable. We immediately saw a decrease in the pests and Manuel answered all our questions and explained the processes. We're happy to be referred to such a great company. These guys do their job. We highly recommend Suburban!

We have used Suburban Pest Control for years, and we continue to be "wowed" by the service that we receive. Our service technician Luis is fantastic!! He has taken care of all of our needs for years, and always goes "above and beyond". His follow-thru is excellent - we asked him about a concern that we had outside, and he called us back that afternoon to report on what he found.

We use Suburban for our quarterly pest control. They are responsive and respectful of our space and time. Every technician who has come to our house has been friendly, respectful and eager to do the job well.

technicians have been friendly, courteous, timely and effective. Most importantly, no more signs of mice! Seems a bit expensive, but the results are worth it.
