Their price was comparable with the others. They were on time. They did what they were supposed to do. They came with no hassle.

They told me this would satisfy the health inspectors when they came by. It did not, I was issued at $350 citation. When I called them about it, they said "That there was nothing that they could do about it" To say the least I am very unhappy with them as I paid them $480 for their service and in return I had to pay the $350 ticket.

Service was good - they sprayed inside and outside, including bait "granules" outside specifically for ants. Frankly we were under siege from ants. First application did not completely do the trick, so I arranged for a second visit, which thankfully did cause the ant problem to subside. The only issue was the Angie's list contract which stated clearly the additional charge that a second application for a specific pest would cost. When the bill came it was $20 higher based on the "standard" rate. A phone call cleared up the mistake/ miscommunication. Overall very satisfied with this provider's service.

It turned out that I didn't need the service. I asked for a refund after the expiration, but that was refused. I now have a credit with them that I will probably never have the chance to use.

I called and they came within 2 hours the same day. It was amazing. He was so great. Remarkably quick service. He went through all the rooms to diagnose if I had bedbugs. Luckily, I didn't but I needed a professional to advice me. He left traps anyway just in case. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He also spent some time explaining to me the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Discovered bed bugs in my bedroom. Called Suburban and they made an appointment for 2 days later. They came on time and confirmed by virtue some bed bugs they found what the infestation was. They kept coming back until they got rid of all the bugs included in the original quote. They traced the infestation to where they were coming into my apartment and where they were hiding. They were always professional. courteous, and sympathetic. They guaranteed they would keep coming back until there were no more bugs with no extra charge. This is not easy in a NYC apartment where the bugs come through the walls. They were true to their word in every respect. I would highly recommend them.

They are also very good about when they come in to see if I have any problem areas. I usually get the same fellow and he is terrific. He is just very personable and he always answers my questions and if there's certain I feel might be more problematic he is very diligent about making sure that he addresses that. He is very responsive.

I found Suburban Pest Control. We still use them now. They're fantastic. He came in and he didn't bring it out or anything. He said, I see one. little bug. He did a whole thorough thing. I'm not going to charge you that much money to do a steam thing if you don't need it. They came out and did three treatments. It was just like an alochol spray i the bedframe. We don't have any bugs and they saved us $8000. They have really good deals.

I used another company for 20 years or so and when I switched to Suburban Pest Control I finally stopped seeing the bugs!

They planted 10 bait traps around the property and advised me on a few things to do to please inspectors. This is an ongoing thing.

I called the company to make an appointment and they were very professional and scheduled the work at my convenience. The worker arrived exactly on time and started working immediately in the tenant's apartment and other floors needing spraying. He was finished with the work quickly and said we could call in a month if there was more sightings of pests. I haven't had any complaints from my tenants and will use this company in the future.

Fast, Professional and Good Price. We will use them again.

At first I was very happy that they would come so quickly (next day) to remove the nest. I was away on business and my wife wanted it gone right after she discovered it, and I was not going to argue. I thought the price was high ($250 plus tax) but I wanted it done, so I said to go ahead. So a guy comes the next day and sprays the crap out of the nest and says they will come back in a few days to remove it. 3 days pass and the nest is still there with dying/dead hornets continuously dropping onto my driveway. Running out of patience, I call the company up and complain that the nest is still there. They send someone the next day to take it down. Then this guy is literally hitting the nest like a piñata trying to get it down and only gets about 70% of it and says there's nothing he can do to get the rest (hello - it's called getting on a ladder and clipping the branch, but he said he did not have the right tools with him and he "wasn't allowed" to use our tools). Plus he left remnants of the nest on my driveway - didn't even sweep up. So I call up and complain again and they say they'll send someone else out - and nobody comes. The following week I call AGAIN to complain and they get a supervisor on the phone. He offered me $50 back. I took it because I could tell I was not gonna get any more, but they should have done more for me in terms of a refund, like a full refund for my trouble. Geez, if they made me feel like a valued customer I might have even used them again, but that's not gonna happen now. I don't recommend them.

Ken saved me from a previous exterminator that wanted to charge me $5k for a heat treatment for bedbugs. He came the next day after calling and calmed my nerves that this treatment was preemptive and way over priced. He did a 3 week monitoring treatment for the bugs and wiped out our mouse problem for pennies compared to the other company. And, there are no bugs in site! I will always go back to them for our pest problems.

They were professional, they refund me the additional charge of $250

+ When I returned, there was no evidence of flies or, to my surprise, odor. They started up the next two days (fewer than before).but a nuisance nonetheless. By the third day, it seemed that nothing had changed. I called Suburban Pest Control and they were kind enough to set a second appointment to give the place a second treatment for no additional cost ($99.00 plus tax) which was a special. Since that time, I have only seen a couple of flies but feel that they will die off as well. The second time seemed to be the charm. I had no problem getting an appointment right away and the reps were courteous and professional The one thing I would caution is that they require the NY sales tax in addition to the $99.00 in cash. The employees do not carry cash for change. They resolved a very serious problem for me and I feel that they stand behind their work.

Technican (alfredo) arrived ahead of schedule. He knew what he wanted to accomplish and executed flawlessly. He did not have a ladder when he arrived so he used mine (I was happy to lend) and the job went smoothly.

They were wonderful professional responsive and respectful of what was going on in my home at the time of service. I highly recommend and will use again!

I had contacted Suburban Pest Control after - stupidly - using a neighborhood service that was not rated by Angie's List. (I have written about them - Broadway Exterminating - since their service was terrible with zero follow up.) This once again proved that it's really not a good idea to NOT consult Angie's list! But back to Suburban. Wilfredo came last Saturday. He called when he was in the vicinity to notify me of his visit, and proceeded to spend a lot of time in my 8 x 11 kitchen to get the job done. Was courteous, sympathetic and very knowledgeable. Unlike the other company, Suburban's price includes a second, follow-up visit and a guarantee for some time frame. The second visit was today, and Joel was on time (once again, called to let me know he was on his way), inspected what Wilfredo had done and supplement what he thought was needed. But already, since the first visit, there was a 99% drop in the dreaded roach sightings (which was not the case with the other exterminator). I am now able to walk into the kitchen at night without the fear of encountering an unwelcome visitor. This means so much in terms of my peace of mind, and I am very grateful to Wilfredo, Joel and Suburban Pest Control. Great service. Thank you!

I called yesterday and they said that they could be home today between 8am and 10am. At 8am, sharply they rang the bell. In less than 30 min they removed the nest and applied insecticide to the area around where the nest was. I still have to clean the area as they said I should wait for a day or two to let the insecticide make full effect and avoid the wasps to come back to the same area, but that's ok. Angie's list coupon was applied and I got the 10% discount.

The service was good but its the customer service I have an issue with. I found a coupon for $75 less a week after I signed the contract and they refuse to honor the coupon.

I spent $418. I like that the fact that they did a check after the first treatment and they told me what to do to prevent the rodent infestation. They had a road construction and some rats got out and they got to run somewhere and the way the houses were built that's why they were running in the house. I like the technicians that came to the house, their service and respectability were wonderful but the only thing that I would recommend is that they call the customers before they show up. One technician said they were coming in 2 weeks and then they came in a week, they didn't call and they just showed up. So when they showed up they couldn't get in and I explained to them that they need to call and they followed through and since they treated, I haven't seen any more mice.

They were very professional and very understanding. They did a great and thorough job and when I called a few days later to say that I still saw cockroaches walking around, they came back out right away and re-did everything for free even though they told me it would take a bit longer than 4 days for the effect to be seen. We liked them so much that we signed up for a yearly service. I highly recommend them!

They were great! I have not had further pest problems. Service was professional, on-time and clean. I was very happy with how they executed on the deal.
